Dairy I work at the dairy section in a supermarket and I hate milk products. I know you have to have a lot of dairy to be healthy but I hate it - is it possible for me to absorb, like a sponge, some of the dairy when I am stacking shelves and such?

No, the human body is not porous enough to absorb something like milk from an unopened carton. Oh, can you send me a pound of sharp cheddar? :D ]
