How do i lose weight the safe way?

Hi,

I'm trying to lose weight so i look good in a swimsuit. I've tried cutting carbs and eating foods that say fat free on the sides of them, i jsut don't know what to do! i need to lose 20pounds! But how?

Well that is serious! The only way i can think on how to lose weight the safe way and basically be able to eat what you want it EXERCISE!!!!!! This way is safe... but while u r doing this you must make sure you eat food with pleanty of carbs in it or you could be severly hurt.. your body needs carbs to burn off while you're exercising! It has been proven that if you just cut carbs it can result in bone loss, and just eating fat free foods take 6months before you really see any improvment! Just exercise and don't worry if you lose weight but it's not as much as you wanted to lose.. muscle ways more than fat! Thanx for your question! If you have any more you can aske me!
