Have you told your parents/ gardians? This is unacceptable behaviour. If you can't tell your parents/ gardian then maybe tell a teacher or some other adult you trust.

My little sister was like this. Now we don't share a room, but she always made me look stupid and always got me in trouble. To fix this problem(my sister), I simply told my parents all that she was doing. For a little bit they talked to her and she changed, but that was temporarily. Then they started believing her and not me. So, when she was having a moment, I wipped out a video camera. I played back all her actions and she got caught. Now hopefully just explaining maturly what is going on will work great, but if not, use a camera of some sort. Also, if it's possible, try to get your own room. If you can't, talk to your parents!
