Discipline.

To say that you're "really good with what you eat" isn't saying much. You likely need a regimented dietary plan (note that I did not say "a diet") - and you should include room for commitment to exercise to help out the process. Weight and fitness together should be your goal. And not everyone is meant to be a stick figure, either. So do what you need to to, and be aware that you should not just strive to lose weight, but also strive to be happy with yourself and perhaps find a happy medium where you aren't having to fight genetic and metabolic factors.

p.s. - don't mind the answer from "SomeDude" he's been removed from giving advice.

If the problem is that you gain wieght when you tell yourself that your going to loose weight, then do the oposite. Try not to think about it. At the end of the day you should write everthing down that you've ate, that way your contions will know that your on record. Hope it helps.

Well it seems that you are working backwards. You should not tell yourself, "okay, I am going to loose weight" because then you will just want to eat all the junk food you can. I have a similar problem. I have many food alergie. I can't eat anything with milk, peanut butter, chocolate, shellfish, or cirtis. And of course, all the good food has milk. So I have these spells when I tell myself " okay Lauren, today I am not going to eat anything I am alergic to". And sure enough, I do. But then the days I don't think of it, I don't eat things I can't. I suggest you just don't think to hard about it. Just eat differently. Maybe eat more fruits and veggies. Maybe even walk around the block once or twice a day. You don't need to do hard workout videos, just walks and a good diet. But don't focus too much on this or else you will go crazy! Good luck! I am sure you are beautiful anyways!
