Heres a few trick...
If your not gonna use your tongue at all, then use lube.
try taking one hand and grabbing the penis at the bottom of the shaft and slowly pull up, when that hand reaches the top, take your other hand and start at the bottom and do the same. This can be a really weird sensation for guys, I've gotten good results.
