ok well i think i'm fat, but my friends say i'm not really. sum boyz tell me i'm kinda fat too, and i just don't kno. i'm pretty strong (prolly 1 of da strongest in the grade) and i just dunno if i'm fat or not. i think i don't look too good in a bathing suit and well.. i just dunno. i'm 12 (almost 13) and i weigh about 97. and i'm only 4'10". i mite weigh less. well and is that fat? and i'm just wondering.. how do i lose weight without losing my muscle and without going aneroxic or bulmic. help!!

OxBarbieBabiiexO answered Tuesday June 1 2004, 8:01 pm: NO!! you are not fat! dont listen to whoever calls u fat... ur not at all!! if you arent happy with ur weight though and you REALLY wanna lose a few extra pounds... just dont drink soda a lot, and if ur GOING to drink soda limit urself to 1 a day at the MOST 2 but try not to drink too many. and make sure u eat breakfast (its the most important meal of the day) just have some fruit or something and a glass of orange juice, and for lunch eat something healthy... not a bunch of fatty foods, and then for dinner eat a healthy, well balanced meal (meat & vegetables at least), alyways try to have at least one vegetable with ur dinner! and if ur gonna snack during the day eat like rice cakes or something and lay off of the chips and cookies, etc.
and the best thing i can tell u is RUN!! running is so good for you and helps u stay in great shape! :)
