How do you get a guy to talk to you?

Sometimes, you just have to go up to them and say hi first. Or else, just give them certain signs that say .. "hey, talk to me" .. maybe give them a smile and they'll come to you .. If they don't come up to you .. then you go talk to them .. i'm sure a conversation will get started.
