Well, it all depends on the situation and his intention. Is he calling you as a friend for a chat? After all you are his girlfriend's best friend. But if it makes you feel uncomfortable, you should let him know even if it's an innocent chat between two good friends. Also whenever he calls you tell your best friend about.
