Ok you like the guy right? That all the motivation you need to ask him out, but start small. Thats where relationships go wrong, start with little things lots of hanging out getting to know each other for who you are, then start dating. Yes there is a difference between going out and dating. But now you are going to have to wait because he is already taken. And trust me guys hate when that is interfered by another female unless he is attracted to them as well. But right now your best bet is to find out if he like you, and if he does simply talk about you to becoming and"us factor. But when asking him out just ask him thats the only way. Plus don't be around the bush when asking him out just flat out ask if he wants to do something or if he wants to go on a date ok? If you have any other questions just ask me ok.
