Do people not read my column? Can you read? What on earth makes you think you should go back to a guy who lied and cheated? What amazing trait does he have now? Did he win millions of dollars? Is he offering to take you to europe? I somehow doubt it.
You don't go out with people just because they have "feelings" for you, you go out because they're good people. This guy isn't.
