OK first of all... The people who answered all suck! They're stupid! First of all, don't go on an extreme diet. It's pointelss. And the other thing is... if you're muscly, noduh you're gonna weigh more! Don't listen to anyone who's mean, ok? I'm sure lots of people like you. For your great personality or whatever. People can be really heartless. If you do worry about your weight for clinical reasons (not just pleasing some jerk-off guy) eating a balanced diet consisting of mostly fruits and veggies can be good. But don't do it too fast or you'll crash. Also excercise can help too! So get happy and get fit! How perfect is that???
