ok, i'm going out with someone ok? and all of a sudden i start likeing this other guy. but every time i try to break up with him, he starts to cry or he tells me how much he luves me!! i mean. how do i break the news to him i just wanta be friends?

Tell him you just want a break from him, you dont really have to mean it(you can stay on break like forever). Say you don't want to stop talking to each other just you dont want to go out with a guy who cries.
