im fat!!

everyone at school calls me fat.....my gf calls me fat...... even my COUSIN calls me fat.... so does that make me fat?? what can i do to stop this!??!

I'm sure that you are not what everyone says that you are. Hearing things that are close to the term "fat" may make your mind think that people are calling you fat when they didn't actually say it in those terms. I'm not saying that this is true, but I wonder why your girlfriend would call you fat. If you are concerned about people calling you fat then maybe you should do more exercise and start running a schedule for what and when to eat. Boost your self esteem. Appearance isn't eveything.
