When applying for an advicenators advice column is it possible to have a select few columnists that 'screen' the applicants (kinda like how spacefem.com was a lonnnnng time ago) in order to weed out losers *ahem* less adequate columnists?
Maybe ask for credentials, a little bit about themselves that they wish to share, answer some trial advice questions to get a handle on their ideas?
Then the application can go to a special page that a few competent columnists can review them and if a certain number agree then the person becomes a columnist?
It just seems so easy to become one with the click of the button.
