the boy i like well his mom says that he doesnt like any girls but is always hanging around me doe that mean he likes me?we do a lot of stuff like make jumps for my romote control car and we jump on my trampoline together and ride my scooter together do u think he might like me or is he trying to be friendly please tell me

not sure, he is either really in need of a friend, or you are the first girl that he ever thuoght of asking out or even liking and he might be scared by the idea that you will reject him. ask him yourslef but not in person, try over the phone or online so that it is less embarresing for both of you. good luck!

His behaviour sounds like it could be read either way. If you like him though, why not try flirting with him or asking him to do something with you like go to a film? Being direct is the best way to get a straight answer from him. Don't be afraid of him! If he likes you, then it could be the start of something fun between the two of you. Parents don't always know everything about their kids...
He sounds friendly in any case, but it's hard to tell from here how he feels. You could try kissing him, if he runs away screaming or just sits there or says "oh," then I guess he was just being friendly, and you have some explaining to do :)
