care and feeding of lentils
I have some lentils and I want to make a casserole or somthing like that. I can get other veggies and have a good collection of spices... any suggestions? Tips for making them soft but not mushy, and what type of sauces to use would be appreciated.

Sauces is probably the only one I can help you with. Hot sauces always get the mouth going like salsa! Go to Wal-Mart and maybe someone can help you.
