My best friend and I like the same girl and I don't know what to do. He says he'd rather have her than me and I really would rather have him as a best friend than that girl. I really want us to be friends again. The worst part is, we are in high school, friends aren't very tight in my high school What do I do?

You sound like a really true friend. But here is the question, if you want the friend and he wants the girl, you both get what you want. But there is a controversy. What do you do when your best friend isn't acting as much of a friend as he should be. Talk to him and ask him why he would want something that wouldn't last as long as a friendship, over you. I think he just wants a pretty girl right now so get him an even hotter blind date and double date it. he sets you up you set him up. It always works. Just remember something i read on a Hamark card, a friend lastss longer then any girl, even if she's hotter then you. Good luck hon.
