jello filled balloons

I want to make jello filled balloons like in the movie Now and Then.
I've googled this and only get things that say "fill the balloon with jello and such and such" but nothing specifically telling me how to go about this..
so if anybody knows how to do this or knows a website please help!

Alright my nail lady wants me to highlight her hair which is okay i have no problem doin it but she asked me to feel her hair && i`ve never felt an asian persons hair before it feels like its like fried && dried out so i was just wondering if this will like make her hair fall out or anything..&& is there anything i should do for it before dying it you think;;

Calling long distance?

Okay so. I'm going to another state for vacation. I want to call my friend but does it cost for long distance? Like who pays? The caller? Because I'm going to call them on their cellphone.. You have to put in the area code too, right?

Okay so were reviewing exponents and I'm not very good at them so how without a calculator do you solve the following
2^3.5
2^-3
2^-15
< p>2^30
2^-1.5
None of this is doing my homework for me i just dont understand how to do these w/o a calculator. Thanks so much!

Our birthdays!

Here's the backstory....Me and my husband's birthday's are 1 day apart. (July 3rd & 4th) We've only been married for 3 months...{He'll be turning 22 and I'll be turning 24} ok so here's my "prob" I want us to do something really cool for our birthdays but I cant think of anything. I know for a fact I dont want to do anything at home! Anyone have any idea's? Would like to spend no more than $100.00 for the 2 days. Thanks I'll rate ya bunches and drop ya some feedback!!~

Random Rash

I know this should probably be in a health section but I couldn't find the right one. Anyways.
I have like this rash kind of thing, all across my neck and the top of my chest. I heard someoen say it might be heat rash once, but I've had it for years and it's never gone away. It's all dry and flaky, and a weird kind of colour. It sounds sick actually but its not that bad! If put a lot of moisturiser on, its goes down for a bit, but its still there, and comes back straight away.
Any ideas how to get rid of it?

Breaking Out Of Her "Shell"

My friend is REALLY shy..and she wants me to help her get over it..and i have an idea..I'll take her to walmart and we'll just kinda walk around while my mom shops for groceries and she likes to sing and has "stage fright" so i figured what better way to kinda bust her out of her shell by walking thru walmart singing. The reason i say this is because she is shy singing infront of people..even with one person she gets nervous..i was hoping to get a second opinion on this..would this be too hard on her? i figured i would have her sing for me a little bit then maybe for my parents (or go around the block singing) and then take her to walmart..i'm open to suggestions if anyone thinks they have a better idea! Thanks!
