slimy stuff on fish tank water

I have a filtered fish tank and i change the water about every 1-2 weeks. But it seems like right after I change it, like 1-2 days, this film appears on top of the water. It almost looks kinda slimy. It makes me think I didn't do a good job cleaning the tank (i spend about and hour doing it and i'm pretty sure i do a good job) and I even use filtered water to fill the tank. Is this slimy stuff okay for the fish or is it unhealthy? Is my filter/tank not working properly? Or is this just perfectly normal?

Ok so i plan on getting my tounge peirced soon and i just wanted to know if those of you if any that have your tounge peirced or have gotten it peirced if it hurts? and if so how bad? and how long should it be swollen for?and also where i can buy a vibrating tounge ring also if possible can someone explain to me like how the prcess of getting peirced works please and thank you in advance

Anyone seen that new commercial for Herbal Essence where that girl is wearing a crazy dress but it doesn't matter cuz all that matters is the hair and it's all shiney and hydrated?
Is anyone's hair actually like that or is it the media and the camera? My hair is really dry and I'm running out of money so I want to buy it but if it's like how people sell burgers with the vaseline thing thne forget it!

I've always wondered, do guys like big butts or small butts better? (sounds silly) I have a relatively large (not like fat, saggy or anything) butt, and you always hear in songs (aka I like big butts...) about it, but I also dont wanna be a "fat ass" lol.

i know your period isn't going to be totally red all the time and might be a little brown, but the past few days that i guess i've had mine it's been like totally brown. i've had my period since may, it's only starting to get regular i think, and usually it'd be more brown in the beginning and then get heavy and really red. is there something wrong? i'm not sexually active at all. thanksss

Hey. I take a shower every night. I know this is going to sound gross but the problem is my hair is practically greasy by the next night and it's really bothering me. I've tried numerous shampoos and I can't find the right one for greasy hair. I've also asked people at the store that work there and the shampoos they gave me never worked either =(. Any good shampoos for greasy hair or any tips? Thanks so much in advance! =)
