what is a good (cheap) product that will make your skin really nice? not just soft but make it like glow. i don't mean a self tanner just stuff that will make it shiny and nice. any suggestions?

How do I clean suede shoes?

i just got a new pair of pumas today and they are suede. wellll. i got something on them so i licked my finger to get it off and when i rubbed my shoe it only made it worse. like theres a big gray spot. how can i get this off without having to go to the store to buy anything? but if i absolutely have to go, what should i get?

Tattoo

Hopefully I will be getting a tattoo in a few weeks. I really, really want it, so no lectures on, "Remember, this is a permanent choice." I'm pretty good at dealing with pain. (I got my nose pierced) I KNOW a tattoo will hurt somewhat but I don't want to feel like I'm dying. I want to get a small/medium sized rose on my calf. (leg) It could take an hour or more, and I definitely don't want to be in EXCRUCIATING pain for that long, but I really want the tattoo.
Has anyone gotten a tattoo? if so, could you describe what it feels like and how much it hurts?

Gossip Girl: Book v. TV

Can anyone who has read the Gossip Girl books (FIRST!) and watched the show (AFTER!) tell me if the two or anything alike? Or does the show just completely ruin everything the book held up? I want to know if this is a show I might want to watch. I've read all the books, by the way.

i love gothic stuff but i am not gothic! i always wear it my parents and relatives get pissed at me. everyone at school says im gothic or emo it drives me crazy. or im a self manipulator but that used to be true i guess. i used to cut and band myself but im not anymore. i left all my old friends or they left me but i stayed with one he became my best friend then we loved eacother then it went to hell. then i went with all the punky gothic people but their not that extreme im probly the worse...they are true best friends to me. now that i write all this it does seem true about me but what can i do so they dont call me fuckin gothic or cutter or self manipulator?! i dont really care what people think of me but this draws the line. what can i ...

I recently met this guy from this website.
He's really funny & doesnt take anything seriously. And he calls me names like 'bubba' & 'bum bum'. :D

i think i'm gay.
i've been thinking about it a lot lately and really think i am. like ok when all the girls in like fifth grade started liking guys and getting "boyfriends" i was just never interested. i know that could be normal for a kid but still. and like when i'd play with barbies or some doll like that with my friend a long time ago she'd have the boy and girl kiss, ha i'd have the two girls kiss mostly. and now my friends always sit around saying how hot guys are and i just sit there you know? i'm normally thinking about the girl nowadays. i've gone out with guys but it just never felt right to me. i alwyays felt uncomfortable.

makeup help

I seem to know how to do other's makeup pretty well. You know? For light colored eyes and tan or pale skin. The right foundation and blush for them.
But I can't do that for myself. i don't know why. I'm not really tan nor pale. I have dark brown eyes..and black eyeliner looks.. rather bad on me. I don't know how to rock a makeup look :\ the foundation is either too pale or gives off a fake tan. any tips? ;[

Ipod Video

I recently bought 5 TV shows(MTV) off of Itunes.
They are on my Ipod, they are in the category of TV Shows and when I click on one of them to watch it, it's just a recording, and in the upper right hand corner theres that little movie sign, this also happens with my podcasts.
Because, on Itunes I can click on them and watch them on there, but not on my Ipod.
Can someone please tell me what is wrong and how I can possibly fix this.
Oh and I have an Ipod Video, 30 GB only 5 GB's used. It's not even a year old.

Besides that, I'm trying to look for a good foundation for coverage [scars] and just to even out my skin tone [which is a light olive tone] I have trouble finding the right foundation, because i don't have a beach tan and i'm not pale. There's no happy medium. Help? I don't have money to go and try.. you know?
Looking for some good foundation and powder.. good quality makeup that won't wear off in like an hour or two.. Any help?

Whenever it's hot, or i'm working out, or exerting myself at all- my entire body becomes drenched in sweat and my face turns bright red (not just a healthy glow, but disturbingly red like a devil) and people are always like "OMIGOD ARE YOU OKAY?!?!??!" and it's SO annoying and embarassing.
What causes this whole sweat problem (i know it's not hyperhydrosis because it's not like i have sweatstains all the way down to my waist)
and what can i do to stop it?
and why does my face turn all red ?
(and it's not puberty, i've passed that)

there was this story by Richard Scarry.. I forget what it was but my mom got it for me and my sister when we were little (not too long ago, since i'm 13) and i loooved that book. but we lost it and i forget the title of what it was.. all I know is the author. I looked up his name and he's written tons of other books so does anyone know the book that was about like Europe? like there were stories of like animals in Ireland, France, England.. stuff like that. there were many funny parts and I remember somewhere in it it said "Oh my!" lol.. and something to do with a crocodile.. and oh my lord please help me, i miss that book soo bad.
