starting off.

How do you start off a diet? Or more or less a life change? I want to loose 15 pounds, I'm 5'0 & maybe about 130 pounds. I'd kill to be 115. But I also want to be active, So I understand my weight might go up from muscle, But I want to loose my tummy. I know that will take sometime, Im willing. How do I get motavied (sp?) and start a life change?

acne scars

i used to pop my pimples all the time so now theres a lot of scars, how do i get rid of these? i tried to use cocoa butter and that didnt quite work.. are theyre any cheap medications that DEFINETLY works thats under $10

icky nipples

my breasts are still developing. i am a 34A. i have a question.
is it normal for your nipples to be swollen and for them to kinda stand out. i'm talking about the whole nipple. and will it go away after my boobs will finnish developing?
i always need to wear a padded bra, or a really tight shirt for my nipples not to show. theyre pretty big, and the actual "teat" (for lack of a better word)doesnt stand out as i understand it should.
i know that all breasts are different, but if you had this problem, did it go away after your breasts finnished developing?

im not trying to sound disgusting but i really need some advice..
for several weeks or so, maybe a month, sometimes it hurts when i got #2. if hurts painfully, like-- i dont know how to explain it! but when im done, i see that i bled! and the blood isnt coming from my vagina, im not on my period. is there a possibilty i ripped myself?

okay. i got mine when i was in grade 7 and i only got it once, then it skipped for like a year. in grade 8 i got it 3 times and then it stopped. not in highschool (grade 9 :) ) i got it again, twice. the first time was really light and the second time now is a little more than regular. i get the red/black gushy stuff.. is that bad? what is it? thanks soo much for your help!

am i fat?

Everyone tells me that I'm not fat but I feel like I am...I'm between 5'2 and 5'3 and I'm 110 pounds. Is this overweight? My mom says that I'm really not fat and that I see a distorted image of myself. But does anyone know of average weights for someone of my height? Thanks, all answers are appreciated!

but then some people are like well wouldnt that just build muscle under your stomach? so you'll get fatter?

Well, I've been told I have a wonderful complexion. The thing is, it's because I use coverup to hide my egsama [sp?] scar, but thats smooth and not bumpy so its not noticeable. I seem to hide a lot of skin scars on my face lately due to pimples, which I rarely have.
Is there any way to even out my skin tone or to fix this imbalance with a cream under 15 dollars?

pimple?

hello is it possible for you to have a pimple in your ear? Because this morning i woke up and there was kind of a bump in my ear it hurts reall bad when i touch. I can touch a part of my ear where the bump is kind of my and it will kind of hurt. Is it a pimple? Please tell me soon this thing is really bugging the hell out of me and it hurts like a bitch. thanks please help!! :(

Im always bloated, not with gas or anything just i always am. Im really skinny too ,and it makes me look pregnant, but i def. am not. Is there anything i can do to reduce the bloatation or get rid of it?

yeast infection

so im 14 years old and i think i have a yeast infection. i alwayyyyyyyyys have this white looking stuff all over down there and its kind of smelly. its been doing this for months now and i thought it would just go away and im too scared to tell my mom to take me to the doctor for it or something. are there any ways i can get it to go away without her knowing? and can it go away on its own? and is it normal to have white stuff down there? are yours like all clean and stuff?

Okay well i have this face wash and it works well to controll my acne and i use it twice a day but it doesnt get rid of the ones i have, it just makes sure no more come. my family doesnt have a lot of money to be buying a whole bunch of expenisve face cleaner so i was wondering in anyone knew any around the house cleaners that work? or ideas of cheaper wash that works well?

Early hair loss!

i am 15 and im really worried about losing hair!
i have been receding for 2 to 1 and a half years now and its starting to get really noticeable. are there any ways to stop this or at least make it slower. i have seen pills and surgery but i only have a teen budget and cant afford these treatments does anyone hae any advice?
