I want to become a model
I'm determined to become one. Is height a big issue? I'm only 16 and in a few months, I'll get some photoshoots done.. yet, I am only 5'1-5'2. I'm not going for high fashion, runaway.. sort of modelling.
But would people want someone like me [height]? Especially if I have a unique look? Or do i just get canceled out?

Height is a big probleum but heals can EASILY fix that but if you want to be a model in the back of Seventeen magazine they ALWAYS have ads for modeling..but look at the website efore you call here are some of the websites they give:::

You'd need to have EVERYTHING else PERFECT. No laugh lines, thin, no problems. Because height MATTERS. Height makes women look powerful and perfect, like goddesses. Even if you do have everything perfect (besides height, or lack of, rather), there's still a good chance that they won't hire you. I'm not supporting it, I'm just telling it like it is. Good luck.

Height is a huge factor in modeling. It's not like they won't give you the chance or anything, but if you aren't tall, you better be damn good at everything they throw at you.

Luckily, there is a type of modeling for everybody who's willing to work hard for it. Seems like you're one of those hard working people, so I'm here to help you out. You can do petite modeling, you can look it up on legitimate modeling agencies websites to see if they accept petite models. Most of the great legitimate ones do.
By the way, just a little extra info for you. If any agency ever asks for any type of money up front -- they are a scam. I got a list together of some legitimate modeling agencies that you can go on their websites for casting calls, or you can submit your photos to them.
