saint_uk answered Tuesday April 24 2007, 7:54 am: it's not easy. to be confident, you need to work on yourself from the inside and outside. on the inside, you need to discover and cherish those qualities within you that make you special. on the outside, you must discover and develop your real potential until you become fluent or competent in something. it's easier if you have friends who care, and a mentor or advisor who also cares. but it's possible for each one of us to become confident in our own skin, so don't give up! Walk fast like you know where you're going, talk loud like you know what you're saying, that sort of thing. [ spacefem's advice column | Ask spacefem A Question ]
