my friend is depressed, i dont know what to do...
hey guys! please help me, i don't know what to do about my best friend. she has been really depressed and recently keeps bringing up how she wants to die. i know she won't kill herself but she DOES need help. please give me advice.... help me with what to tell her, inspirational quotes... anything! thank you so much for all of your help i appreciate it so much!

everybody has their time where they are in a really low spot in life.
put her infront of a mirror and make her tell three things about her self that she likes and three things that she doesnt, for the next week work on the things she doesnt like....
but other than that... sorry i got nothin.

just because you think that she wont kill herself doesnt mean she wont. i have done training in this area and any suicide threat should be taken seriously, no matter how much you this it isn't going to happen.
just be there for her when she needs to talk and everytime she is down say that you're there for her etc.
if you think she really does need pro help tell her! and offer to go with her to see someone. if she still says no, there is nothing u can do to force her.

Alright well first of all you need to try your hardest to find out what this whole depression thing is about and if you cant then if might be time to include a parent or just tell her how much she means to you as a friend and how you wouldnt want to lose her as a friend because that will usually make her good and then she might open up to her and you could also tell her that your worried she might hurt herself if she doesnt get help because it almost sounds like shes on the edge n wants to jump off

Okay, you need to talk to her rly quick! if my friends tell me they want to die this is what i do....first find out the reason and then tell them not to worry about it! tell them how much you love them and how much EVERYONE would miss them if they died...dont let them commit suicide...tell them that they just have to forget about it and MAKE SURE they know that you are DEFINATLY there for them! If worse comes to worse, you have to tell their parents...sure theyd be rly mad but would you rather have them die?
