rikatree2375 answered Sunday July 31 2005, 12:44 am: Try some leg lifts or lunges. Maybe even running if you like that sort of thing. But if you're not used to exercising regularly, start slow so you're body can get used to it and eventually build up to where you want to be. And about the weight, just watch what you eat because alot of it goes to the thighs.
