This year, i got put into the earliest lunch period at school- i eat lunch at 10:30 am. because of this, i stopped eating breakfast, so that i'm hungry at lunch. but then, since i eat so early, i am starving my the time school is out. by dinner, i'm not very hungry, and i get hungry around 930ish. i hate my eating schedule- its so screwed up and i know it can't be good for my body. any ideas?

I just waited for the lunch line to go down, got my lunch and by that time it was about 11:00 (my lunch was at 10:45 and ended at about 11:15 or something) and that gave me enough time to eat and wasn't too late.
What you need to do is eat something for breakfast still, even if it's like one pop tart, or one piece of toast or anything small because breakfast is the most important meal time.
Then when it comes to lunch wait as long as you can to eat, but don't rush yourself and make sure you have enough time to finish your lunch.
Then if you're allowed to have food in your last or second to last class bring a small snack, if not then still bring a small snack and eat it on your way home. Or if you can wait until you get home to eat a snack then wait until then but only eat enough so as you're no longer starving so you can save room for dinner.

My advice is to just wait. I know it doesn't sound like very good advice but it is. Trust me, I went through it. Your body needs time to adjust to this new routine. If you can, talk to one of your teachers that you have in between lunch & the time school's out. Tell her that you're not used to the schedual & ask him or her if you can eat something during there class. If you have any nice teachers, they would be the ones to ask. Also talk to your parents & see if they can coordinate an earlier diner. Another alternative would be to eat something for breakfast & then when lunch rolls around, just bring a light snack to school like a salad or some fruit. Good luck & if you have any questions, I'm here. =] [ SWANKiFiED's advice column | Ask SWANKiFiED A Question ]
