Ok well im trying to make icons does anyone know if there is anywere that i can put words on the the icon like if its a picture of something how can i add words to it for free and not have to down load anything

Jasc.com only lets you download stuff for a 30 day period and they install something along with it so you can't download it again unless you find it and erase it, which is hard. I recommend using a downloading service, like you would use for music, and try finding it on there. I downloaded PSP from WinMX and it has everything on it, and it was all the way free. Good luck.

Go to your start menu and then go to `RUN`
Type in MSPaint (assuming you're using a windows operating system)
You're halfway there!
Open the image, then... write on it.
