I've asked this question a while ago, but i need someone with experience with one or both. Pro-active or birth control for mild acne, i dont care about the birth control side affects either. Experience please! Thanks alot!
Daisy answered Sunday May 15 2005, 4:40 am: My sister had acne and she was told she could either use this antibacterial face washes the doctors prescribe, or to go on the birth control pill. It all depends on your age and what type of acne you have. Go to the doctors and they will be able to help. Not all birth control pills actually help acne so it will be good to find out from your doctor which ones do help, prevent and get rid of it. Good luck and I hope I have helped a little [ Daisy's advice column | Ask Daisy A Question ]
