You could do and activity that relaxes you before you perform. Try it to see if it works, although it usually calms the nerves. Good Luck!!

When your on stage, just try to focus on 1 certain object or person and try to pay attention to that while you're on stage. that way you dont get distracted by other people in the audience. also make sure youre extremely confident in yourself and believe that you can do it. that's the main key to being a good actor. Good luck!

If you truly love to perform, then once you actually step out onto the stage, yours fears will subside. I;m always nervous when i'm backstage but when i step out onto the stage, i just thinking about doing what i love and doing the best that i possibly can. Before you go on stage, it helps to take 10 deep breaths and go over in your mind what you're about to do. Also, streching helps to relax your muscles. Hope i helped.

Rehearse, rehearse, rehearse. The more you know and feel the material, the better you will be. Fear is not always bad. Sometimes its just anticipation. It's ok to be a little jazzed up because you need to channel that into the energy of what you are doing onstage.

i would tell you to picture everyone in their underwear but then you might not be able to stop laughing lol so id say just take a deep breath and repeat to yourself i can do this and keep a steady breath and everything will be ok.
