i can't help myself especialy when i get nervus & i end up sniffing & getting high. the last time i did was befor my skool play. my friends got scared. they prayed & cry for me. i wanna stop getting high but i cant help myself. wat should i do?

You need to cut down day by day. don't stop all at once because that could mess with your mind. But you don't want to stick to it and turn out like Ozzy Osbourne.
