yeah i am a big fruit and vegetable fan is it bad not too eat nothing else a part fruits and vegetable in college but my friends they think am on diet when am not or needed for that but they assume just 1 of them

if your friends just asume your on a diet because of what you eat then prehaps they dont know you vet well. If you've lways ate that sort of food then explain that to htme that oyu just prefer it rather than bugers and chips and all than im sure they'll understand.

Don't worry...I totally agree with you. I am a big fruit/vege fan to, and I'm not on a diet. Just let your friends know that what you eat is what you like. If they keep bugging you about it, just tell them to please respect your opinion about what you eat.

I personally think it is rather unhealthy to eat nothing other than fruits and vegetables. Your body needs certain things, like protein, to keep it going. Some vegetables provide these, and if you definitely don't want to switch over to eating dead cows, then do a little research on the fruits and veggies. Find ones that can supply the right nutrients to keep your body healty. But you still should try and eat other, healty food items. (Don't go out and devour half the candy store. Eat other healthy foods, like meats and cheeses, or trysome crakers and things. You may surprise yourself and find something other than your Veggietale friends that you like!)

If you want to be a vegetian you need to be careful to get enough protein and vitamins in your diet. You can get that with combinations of foods, like beans, tofu, etc. Find out the specifics by doing some research on vegetarian diets. If you continue to eat fruits and vegetables but aren't paying attention to getting the right nutrients, eventually you will get some vitamin deficiencies, anemia, malnutrition, etc., and not feel very well.

Okay, I'd love to help, but I have no bloody idea what you just said. I can just barely make out the general idea of what a summary of this might possibly be. Your grammatical and speeling errors are more plentiful than stars in the night sky. I think you're having in trouble with your friends thinking you're on a diet, in which case just say you're aren't and tell them you just don't want to eat meat. That's what I do, I'm a vegetarian as well. I too am a big fruit and vegetable fan, I usually drink a lot of pineapple juice in a day. Oh, and if you want to throw in a comment to your friends about Atkins being wrong, that's always good.
I hope I helped. At least in the ways of grammar. I feel a great swell of pity for your professors. That's not even a run-on because it never freakin' ENDS! PERIOD, MAN! PERIOD!!!

The government does recommend getting five servings of fruits and vegetables a day, so eating them is not a bad thing. But eating them alone may not give you enough of certain vitamins and minerals. I recommend having a multivitamin daily. Also, if you don't eat meats, you will have trouble getting enough protein. I think you might be able to get some from nuts, but I am not sure. You would be better off asking someone who is a vegetarian on that. At the most, you could go see a nutritionist to find out what kinds of meals would be best for you to have at your current age in life.
