Last week for some reason I'm still trying to find I kissed my best friend. First kiss evar. My best friend is female. As am I. I have a boyfriend. Last night I told him about the kiss. He said he had to leave and hung up. I don't want to lose him and the kiss with *Sarah meant nothing. Has anyone been in my situation? I think that talking to your best friend might help figure out some of these feelings and give you a clue as to where to go with your boyfriend. I'm guessing that it was just that you wanted to be kissed and that you wanted it to be from someone you care about. After all, you don't seem to be getting that from your boyfriend (what, you're dating and haven't been kissed?!). I really think that you need to spend some time thinking and talking things out with your friend, boyfriend, and even maybe a counselor, you seem to have a lot of conflicting emotions going on.

I know it's not really polite to pick your teeth at the dinner table with toothpicks (well, better those than your finger I guess, but that's not the point). So if you keep toothpicks on your table all the time as just part of the centerpiece art or whatever, does that make you trashy or what? (link)

I wouldn't say it makes you trashy. A little odd maybe, though, for using toothpicks as a centerpiece, I've never seen them as art. o.O But each to his (her) own.

I have no idea if you're in love or not, it's different for everyone, but you definitely have some strong feelings for him. Go from there, talk to him, flirt with him - whatever feels right for you, and eventually, I'm sure you'll be able to tell if you're in love with him or if it's just lust or some other, passing, emotion.

Ok, so I'm still hung up on my ex boyfriend. And he has a new girlfriend. But, everyone tells me not to give up on him. (There's a lot of reasons why they say this.) And it would be so easy to make him jealous, but I don't really want to do that...and I don't want to use and hurt another person in the process. Does anyone have any ideas on what I should do? If he has a new girlfriend, he's probably not hung up on you. He's moved on and you need to as well, despite what everyone else tells you.
