I'm 14/f and I am having trouble with my skin. I don't have too much acne (a couple pimples now and then.. but thats not my problem). I have very light/fair skin and my cheeks and around my nose are really red and between my eyebrows is covered in little acne dots and is very pale.
Can anyone give me any advice on what kind of makeup to use where? (link)

You know, it can be a little expensive, but I've been really happy using Bare Minerals make-up. You can buy it at Ulta. It's made of all-natural ingredients so it won't further irritate your skin, and it's wonderful at evening out your skin tone while still looking very natural. (I have very fair skin, too).
If you use it, you'll probably need the lightest color (I think it's Fair 1.0). It's a powder foundation so it brushes on. Don't buy their expensive brushes--buy a cheaper one and save money. Use a small brush to apply the foundation to your problem areas, and then a larger one to cover the rest of your face. Then dust the Mineral Veil over your entire face (this acts like regular powder and keeps your face from being shiny).
I love it and it also lasts a long time. I've had one container for about 9 months, so even though it's a little expensive it goes a long way. Good luck to you!

If he feels so strongly in favor of it that he truly wants to join, then it's not something that he's going to feel differently about in the near future. It sounds like it's ingrained in him and it's part of who he is. If you're that strongly against it then that is ingrained in you and that's just who you are.
If you are dating with the long-term goal of finding a mate, then the two of you probably shouldn't be together. If you guys got married one day and he joined the military, you would be resentful and he would be upset that you weren't supportive. This would lead to major problems in your relationship. I think there is someone out there who is a better match for you.

Alright, well me and this guy have been having a long-distance relationship and I thought everything was going great, until one day he dumped me and explained to me how," he doesn't deserve me, I deserve the world and how it's what his heart was telling him and the long distance was killing him" and all that stuff, so then after that, he starts going out with a girl who lives even FARTHER ( me and him were a state away, shes two now ) and he says they connect on another level. But he says he still always thinks of me and he still loves me, but his away messages always say that he loves her and all this stuff and it's driving me nuts. I've tried getting him out of my head, I've tried not thinking of him and stop crying. ( I've been crying for two days straight now.. I'm crying right now ) and it just really hurts because this guy is so amazing and I connected with him so well and it just ended suddenly out of nowhere and I'm not used to him not calling me baby and gorgeous angel and everything.. please help... what should I do? Sounds like this guy is confused. As hard as it is, you should probably just let him be and if it is meant to be then it will work out in the end.
It really hurts to be treated that way. I'm sorry you're going through that. : )

ive had sex with a couple of guys and the last time i had sex was two weeks ago. my "down south" has been itching and kinda sore for two days now. i was taking a shower and i put my finger up there to see wat was goin on and i saw small hard chunks on my finger. i saw like two brown lil things and im not sure if it stds or just chunks of discharge. i have noo idea. i know this sounds nasty and weird but i really need to know! and i want to know if i can get checked for stds without letting my parents know..

It might be a yeast infection, with the itching and irritation and all. Guys can be carriers of those. Next time you should probably use a condom so you won't have to worry about the STD thing. Better yet, if you don't have sex you won't have anything to worry about. You'll make the right decision. : )

My birthday is coming up, and I'm having a little "get together" with my bestfriends (about 7 people total). I need ideas of what we can do that isn't really loud (my mom will be home). You could rent a movie, give each other a "makeover", make popcorn. You could bake something yummy together. Just some suggestions. Have fun!

That sounds like plenty, but you might not want to do the 100 reasons thing. Unfortunately most guys don't appreciate that stuff the way girls do.

I would say no. Ingrown hairs down there really hurt. You could maybe use an electric trimmer (you can get them at Wal-mart and Target) and trim it really short, but a complete shave would give you bad razor burn and ingrown hairs...ouch!

is it wrong to think lustfully about others? i mean i can understand if it gets 2 be a constant thing and you objectify them, then its bad.. but is it really that bad 2 have inappropriate thoughts if its only ocasionally? please help

Well, it depends on if you're a Christian, I guess. The Bible says that if you've looked at someone lustfully then you have had sex with them in your heart.
I have to say, though, it is completely normal to have those thoughts. It's human nature, but it is something that you don't want to dwell on. If you are a Christian and you're concerned about it, then pray about it and ask God to help you. God is so good and He wants to help us with our struggles.

13/f... okay, this girl and i used to be like really close, we would do everything together. Now, i realized why almost half of our grade hates her, shes just not a nice person. She talks about her own friends behind there back and has done some nasty things to me. But i just cant get her away from me. Alot of my friends are still friends with her. If all of that bad stuff about her is really true(be SURE it is) then you need to tell her and set her straight. She needs to realize why everyone hates her and why she's getting on your nerves, too. She may get mad and not talk to you, but you wouldn't have lost anything, right? It might be hard to do, but it's the right thing to do. You never know, it might make her take a good look at herself and how she acts. Good luck!

Absolutely not! You will NEVER regret waiting to have sex, but you will likely regret doing it too soon.
Congratulations on not doing it yet. So many people jump into it way too fast and then later wish they hadn't.

Im 16 and ive been going out with this great guy Jason(changed the name)for 3 years and have been best friends for 7 i really do love him .we only had sex once but i still got pregnant I told Jason and he was happy and said he wanted us to keep the baby but I still havent told my parents yet Im 5 months pregnant we told his parent and she totally freaked out so Jason* is living with a friend. My parents are really relgious so theyll want me to get married but I dontn know if Im ready to get married because I dont want to marry Jason* and then get a divorce so how should I tell my parent Im pregnant? Wow, you definitely need to tell your parents, as difficult as that may be. Maybe you and Jason should consider putting the baby up for adoption. AFter all, it would be very difficult to raise a baby as a teenager. There are SO many wonderful couples out there who aren't capable of having children of their own who are dying to adopt a baby. This would be the ultimate unselfish act. The baby would have a healthy two-parent family and you would have your teenage life back. If you keep the baby your life will be changed forever. Raising a baby is truly HARD work--I know I have two of them! I am praying for you and your family!
