im 18/f and ive had this problem for years. everytime i bend my knees they crack. it sounds like a nutcracker. its gross. even happens when im simply walking up the steps. anyways, i want to know ::
1. what this is? i went to the doctors a few years ago and he said just hold my legs out for a few minutes at a time every night. this did nothing. and
2. if i work out and do squats, which will require me to bend my legs constantly, will it just damage my knees more?
im afraid i might be waring away the cartlidge or something. if anyone has any info on this id reallyyyyy appreciate it!

my knees do that too, only sometimes tho like when i bend down to sit on the floor, but it doesnt do that all the time.
anyways, i think that you should go back to the doctor and make sure nothing has been damaged, i dont think its that serious though. hope i helped!

I get so scared when I babysit this kid named Tommy. Whenever I go over there, this person always calls saying, "Nice outfit," or "Is Tommy asleep yet?" I have told the parents, and asked them if anyone has called like that but they think I am joking. Assist please! (link)

My uncle has the hotts for me. What should I do?
I know because:
1. At family gatherings when I wear things like short skirts, he always asks me to bend over to pick up random stuff he doesn't need.
2. He always follows me especially when i go to the bathromm or am getting changed and since i'm his only neice he ignores everyone else and says i am "special"
3. One time our family was watching a movie and he MADE me sit on his lap.
4. He offers to shop for bras with me. My mom passed away a few years ago and he feels obligated to replace her or something.
He keeps trying to invite me to sleep over his house but luckily, i've been busy. Whenever i'm alone he's always there and he sometimes say's things that make me feel uncomfortable.

Not trying to be rude, but he sounds really creepy. I think you should tell someone you trust, this can only get worse. You have to tell someone before he physically and emotionally harms you. I hope I helped. Good luck.

My ex came over and we were planning on having sex, but I wanted to you know... be intimate before we did. He got aggravated and took me in my room slammed the door and pretty much ripped off my ckothes and commenced to having sex, I didn't say no because at first I thought it was funny then as we went on I was just like.. let him finish and that'll be it forever. So finally he was done... but I didn't say anything. I felt dirty and nasty, my friend said that it was rape but... I don't know. What do you think? (link)

Almost the same thing happened to me...except it wasn't my ex and I did say no. But, I think that it was rape b.c u felt dirty about whatver happened and possibly regretted not saying no. The one thing I know u should do, that I wish I did, was press charges. What if he does this to someother girl you know? You'd probably feel guilty. Oh and keep the clothes for evidence but try not to get your finger prints on it. Good luck =D
