im having like 4 girls over for my birthday and i want to do something fun but i have no idea what kinds of things we should do. maybe we could do an easy craft or something, maybe like a movie marathon. i'm turning 15 so it has to be something that teenagers would like and not anything too juvenile. does anyone have any ideas that they have done at their birthday party that was really fun>? Well, my best friend just had her 15th birthday. Her party was awesome. it was themed..you know, like Hawaaian or you can theme it like a certain decade. (disco ages..lol) Also, You should think about a sleepover, you can do whtever you want, then have an all-nighter. That is always kewl no matter how old you are. Sound good?

A couple years ago I had this BFF and we did everything together, we were really close. I dont know what happened but we arent frinds anymore, now she has this ONE best friend that is moving away. I feel really bad for her and I cant help it but I feel like I want to be her friend again so I can be there for her. Is that the right thing to do or would I just be starting a whole other mess of a frindship?

Yah, i think that's a totally kewl idea. It's really nice of you to care about your old friend. Just tell tell her that you're here for her and that you want to start hangin' out more like old times. Chances are she'll look at it as perfect timing since she only had one close friend. But, don't butt in too much on their last days together. But be there, you know? OK, good luck!

no, i do not think that would be wise, first of all: if something goes wrong, you're gonna have to ask her to help you fix it(you know, wrong coloring, allergic reaction) something like that. Second of all, if you show her that you take her no's seriousely then she might start sayin yes, but if you do it and she finds out(of course she will, your hair will be red) she will keep remembering that and use it against you. I think you should just wait a while, then ask her again.

OK, My friend well she is not really my friend but she is more like a person i talk to once in while and she is fun to talk to. Well she got raped, and know one knows if she is ok. I jus do not know what to say or think, every time i think about it i start to cry .. I can't call her or anything b/c i do not know her number. I just pray she is alright it's been like 4 days or so. Please someone if you ever knew a friend that this happened to tell what i am supposed to say her or how i know if she is ok. (link)

Well, i didn't have a friend that has been raped, but my mom has, and she said that after that, when her friends kept kind of avoiding the subject, all she wanted to do was talk about it, but she didn't want to bring it up, so for starters you can just ask her one day how she's doing(since you barely talk to her) and then if she seems open, ask her if she wants to talk, go on a walk with her, or have a sleepover or hang out at the mall. Go to a relaxed place and if she doesn't want to talk about it, it would still help her to know she has a friend(even if y'all don't talk a lot). Hope i helped.

well i dont know if you read my last question, but it was about my dad and i thought he was cheating on my mom. he says he wasnt cheating but addmits he has been talking/texting/hanging out with someone else. what the f%#$?!?! is that not cheating? anyways, thats not the problem. well, my parents talked and YES they are getting a divorce for, like, the 3rd time. w/e. the trouble is, when i didnt know my dad was cheating, i really didnt like my mmom much. she gets on my last freaking nerve and streses me out, but im not going to get into that. i had just told my dad that if they DID get divorced, i wanted to live with HIM.
now i dont know. because i mean when i talked to my mom about the whole cheating thing, she seemed like she couldnt live without having custody of me. but they my dad talked to me for the first time since my parents decided they were getting divorced, and he said, "well yeah we're getting divorced.."yatta yatta yatta..."but i need to know who you are going to live with because if you are going to live with me,which you said a while back you would, im not going to buy a house out of this school district. but if you ARENt going to live with me, then i can." and i said i didnt know. because he asked me right on the spot. then he started tearing up and walked out. and i guess i kinda want to live with him but I CANT SEE HOW HE COULD EVER DO ANYTING LIKE THAT TO MY MOM. and i dont know how i can leave my mom now that she told me she could live with out having custody of me and my little sister. but i know she will make me CRAZY and STRESSED OUT if i go live with her. and also my dad has never had custody of me. i used to just see him wednesday and thursdays. but if i live with my dad, ill hardly ever see him because he workd like 24/7. and if he does end up going out with someone else, i could live with HER. id end up like killing her self conciously. oh my lord. please help me. this is this WORST position to be in.

wow, well, that is tough. Now, i don't know the whole story, but i had a friend who was in a similar situation. She lived with her mom from Monday-Friday, then spent weekends with her dad. Which, once she got used to it, said that was pretty fun. So i would seriousely consider switching it up like that. But, if that's not for you, i would suggest living with your mom, it sounds like your dad wants to live far away from her, but he still loves you, so you can be with your mom and sister, then visit your dad a lot. Especially since he works a lot, i think it's best that most of the time you're with your mom. Hope i helped!

A good way to make friends is show that you're paying attention to other kids in your class, watch them(not like stalker or anything)and decide who you'd like to be friends with, then just kind of gradually say comments to them like ask for a pencil or offer gum or something.

My friend's boyfriend is basically an allout loser. He treats her wicked badly, and makes her cry almost every night. It's to the point where she has cut herself because of him. She constantly asks if he still loves her or not, and he says she's wicked annoying. Which I understand, but he doesnt need to upset her like this. She says she relizes he treats her this way, yet she does nothing about it. How can I make her stop all this. I honeslty cant take it, its to the point where even i get upset about it. What do I do?! Well, it's good that you care about her, you should continue talking to her, but ABOVE ALL pray for her, it's in God's hands, is she christian? If she is remind her that she is a beautiful creation of God and that she doesn't deserve a guy like him. Then(after you've calmed down) you can pray for him too. You also need to check up on her on the whole cutting thing, i know how that goes, just make sure she stops.
