does the 6 second ab machine thing work? i have a chubby stomach and i was wondering if i use it, it would get me to an almost flat stomach? do you think this could happen, if so how long will it take ? (link)

I dont think so... my frend said that getting abs is a very long time thing... you have to be patient and do many gym thing...

okay so its summer and im really not in shape anymore. well cheerleading starts august 15th, what do you guys think i can do to get myself back in shape before then becuase the first 2 weeks are all condtioning and those practices are from 9-11 and 12-230..which is a long time and i dont want to be hurting bad after the first day because im so out of shape. any suggestions??..thanks a bunch.. ill rate high! just eat healthy foods... especially ones that are rich in vitamin A-C... they are antioxidants that could burn cholestrol...

for the clothing... you'll just have to buy a cabinet and change to whatever clothing present in your sims... :)

My boyfriend of over two years is in the Navy. We're working on a long distance relationship and we have gotten so much closer, it's unbelievable. I'm going to visit him in 18 days where he's stationed in Florida, and I'm going to be there for almost two weeks. I want these two weeks to be the best ever. Any suggestions on what I can do to make it awesome? What kinda things can we do, or what can I say/do to show him my feelings haven't changed? I want this to be perfect. =) (link)

i was in love once. with my ex bf of over a year. we broke up cause i found out he cheated on me. well its been 4 months since we broke up. and every bf ive had i compare to him and i cant let him go. we were SO close and i was so comfortable around him. well weve been hanging out lately. and i still get butterflies so much and i love being around him. we were at my house last night and he started holding my hand. and we just talked about how things used to be with us and all our little inside jokes and stuff. i dont know how to tell him i want him back. cause i do. and i know i shouldnt but everyone makes mistakes and i really love him. and my parents love him..and his parents love me..its just perfect..help..what do i tell him without sounding all weird?? ok i have seen the cursor where its the hand and the pointer is the middle finger on someones sight and i want to put it on my site but i cant remember where i saw it to ask them where they got it...does anyone know a site that may have it i already tried that one starlight site if anyones know where it is please tell me if u help me find it ill rate high!
