Umm... so there's this guy that I've liked for like a week... and the other day he told me he liked me and asked me out. Just to get it straight, I've been asked out a lot, but I've turned them all down.
I told him since we hadn't known each other that long, we should wait a school week and see what happens... I really like him... he's a total sweetheart and is adorable and funny.
But here's were my self-awareness and fear of opinions comes in... he's sort of small... like maybe more than a few inches shorter than me. I'm only a few months older than him, but he looks like he could be a 6th grader (we're in 8th grade). Also, a lot of people think he's gay... haha... usually it's the boys. I think it's mostly because he's ADORABLE and because he has a bit of a lisp and his voice is sort of high... haha but I know he isn't gay because he's gone out with JUST girls before and he calls other people fags all the time. ;D Almost all the girls I know love him though, popular and not popular. He's just so cute and funny, I guess it's hard to NOT like him.
Now my school image isn't the only thing that's scaring me... it's also my parents. I've never had a boyfriend, and they always tell me that all of my boyfriends have to SIT DOWN AND TALK to my parents, and then DO CHORES. I don't know what goes through their minds... It's torture.
So I'm pretty sure my mom would LOVE him... but IDK about my dad... he's going to be, like, breathing down his neck, then he'll think he's gay.
So what should I do? The more I talk to him the more I like him (we've been talking non-stop over the weekend), and he's really really sweet. He's NOT creepy at all like some other guys who have liked me. All of my friends are just telling me to go for it... but...still... it makes me so nervous to think about it.
So do you think it's worth it? And what should I do with the parent situation if it IS worth it? I know I might sound contradicting and really shallow, but that's why I need the help.

ok well i dated this one kid and i am 5'4 and he is 5'1 and everyone thought he was gay to but i think you should hang with him and see how things go and i am 16 and i have dated that guy since i was 13yrs old and he finally is taller then me by lik a couple inches so maybe he will grow and you guys can be a happy couple hope everything goes well bye bye:)

I haven't had a boyfriend for 2 years since my last big break up. A few hook ups here and there, but nothing serious with anyone I really liked. Well, things are progressing with a crush I've had for years. We were cuddling on the couch last night, and my problem is that I haven't stopped thinking about him all day. I promised myself I wouldn't, but I texted him this afternoon and asked him to hang out again tonight. I don't want to rush things and ruin everything. i think you should take your chances on this dude because if you really like him that you can forget about the other dude and by the way call him its better then texting because you can tell someone is lying if you talk to them you can't by just texting....hope everything goes well bye:)

You can NOT pop it by "playing alot" and you will know when its poped because all kinds of blood like twice as much as being on your period comes out

hey i think its because she is still hurt for what happened between you two give her time and she will come around somtime promise. But let her have time to think leave her alone for awhile and see what happens and if she doens't want to be your friend just stick with that you don't want to make someone be your friend!

ok this is a little wierd for me so please be open minded about this, i have a 13 year old daughter and well i need to know the age that girls start have periods i'm her father and only parent and i just don't know these things about girls, and also she said that she wanted to know what sex felt like and that someone told her that it would hurt at 13 years old, but i told her that she shouldn't think about things like that that she should wait until she got married but still she asked and it deserves an answer so i kinda need a womans advice on this because i'm clueless on either part, so please help, thanks (link)

ok calm down your a father you should be like this I was 13 when i had my period and horomones are coming in and she mit fill this way for awhile and just sit down with her and talk to her about STDS and stuff like that please talk to her because you don't your little girl becoming pregant because you didn't have "the talk" with her...hope everything goes well..bye...
