ok despite wat is told 2 us in health class i still have the doubt. ok well my bro has been doing EX since october. nothing serious, hes done it 7 times since then so maybe like once a month. cept the problem is hes convinced that the only way EX can kill you is if you get dehydrated or if you drink too much water. im not sure. last friday he took 7 hits of it. and that kinda worries me, he blocked out from 5-8 so he only remembers wat happened to him loosey. he has bruises and stuff like that so he was jumping around or fell down the stairs or something. he was too high to remember wat was going on. so if anyone actually knows the affects of EX or whether or not it can harm u pleaze tell me. and dont tell me to tell my parents becuz i wont. im not like that. he trusts me to keep it a secret. i just wanna help him myself.
if you havent ever done EX or have no experiance on the subject watsoever pleaz dont answer. id rather only those who can give me reliable answers to respond. and none of that whole, its bad for you crap. anyways sorry for being rude to anyone but i need to help him. i dont hate people who do drugs, its just that i have seen good people become mentally damaged because of drugs and i love my brother too much. btw hes 15 in 10th grade and im 14 in 8th grade.

My friend has done EX before and I am a recreational drug user but nothing too big, pot is it for me. But the fact of the matter is your brother needs HELP! Its BAD for him. I don't care what you think. 7 times is more than enough. People had died after 1 pill from heatstroke. The more he does it the more he's gonna hafta take to get a good high and the more he takes the harder his body is going to work to break the X down and eventually in the near future when he's high on X his body will get tired, he'll lay down and he won't get up. Your brother will die if you don't stop him. I had a friend in college whose best friend died in her arms because she was high on X. Its no good. I'll admit I wanna try it, but wanting to and actually following through with it are two different things, I'm a F*ckin burnout and I know that stuff is bad news. If anything have your brother read this. I mean does he even know that its abnormal to have survived taking so much X? BAAAAAAD Idea. Tell somebody, he's 15 for christs sake, he'll forgive you in a year anyway. Face it, he's a drug addict. He needs help.

It IS different for everyone. HOWEVER, i assume you want to know what an experience is like. - like how ive been trying to find a detailed example of what its like to be high on E - ANYWAYZ being high on pot starts off with an increased awareness of my surroundings at first. I feel like when i look at something in the foreground I can still see the background perfectly and it looks like everything is a 3D movie I'm watching on the screen. I feel like when i focus in on objects I can notice everything about them and almost zoom in on them. For instance the other night I was staring at a popcan because it looked like it was coming toward me. Pretty cool huh? I have felt like my entire body is melting a few times, when i walk somewhere when I'm high. I feel like every movement you make is slow and every movement you see is flashy, meaning if I put my hand out in front of me and wave it back and forth it looks like it has trails behind it. I feel like I can say anything on my mind so I do. Ive had conversations with people who were high when I was and we would talk about something and then forget what we were talking about. Ive sang a song and then forgot what i was singing 2 seconds later - we filmed it lol - It is SAFE. You will NOT die. You will only get sick if you smoke 5 bowls of cronic like i have by accident. And YESSSS you DO SEE COLORS! I swear. Its like when you look at a bright light then look away and you see a blueish green haze where the light was. It looks like that when you close your eyes and you can watch it for hours. I sometimes forget my eyes are closed and I "daydream" about the room I'm in and I see people walk in and freak out cuz theyre Abe Linclon and shit and then I realize my eyes are closed and I return to reality only to be sucked back into an amazing world where I can do anything I want. Still, I like nitrus oxide better.....

Does anyone know if a Broadway (yes, i actually mean NYC not just musical theater in general) audition is any different from a regular professional audition? and if so- how?
I have done enough community theater, and i've started auditioning professionally. And once I get my musical theater degree I'm going to manhattan- so I just wanted to know what is different about the Broadway auditions. (link)

Well, let me tell you first of all Broadway is THE MOST competitive type of acting there is. It all depends on what makes you diffrent too. Directors like little quirks about people and uniqueness. Manhattan is very expensive just to let you know, so i would not stay in the city till you can support yourself. Also, you need an agent to try out for most professional shows. Its not just an open casting call or anything, you need equity cards for most shows and those are aquired through experience and an agent.

Well, love if diffrent for everybody. Maybe your parents have had some ruff times with love. Maybe they just feel that because they havn't experienced it that they dont think its real. It also depends on what you mean by "true love". Love comes in so many diffrent "true" forms. Romantic love, compasionate love, friendship love. The truth is, nobody can show you true love but yourself. Getting down to your question. If you feel so strongly about a person, if you cant stand to be away from them. If when your away from them your thinking of them, you want them in every way possible (not just sexual) then prehaps that person is for you. Only YOU can know who is right for you, maybe your parents dont want you to think that there is no love because they want you to not get hurt. Overall, its up to you to know if somebody is right for you, and its up to you to think that there is true love.

hey you cant worrie about that, really, its not a big deal. Its hard to answer you correctly because i dont know how old you are, but every guy goes through what your going through, if your still growing dont worrie about it, because litearlly you just notice how big you get one day and its like HELL YEAH! but dont get discoraged and if you have a gym class where the guys shower, go ahead and see that everybodys almost the same size anyway.

watch movies with the brooklynn accent in them, thats what I always do, then just begin to say words that ryhme in the accent over and over and eventually you'll learn it, youtube.com is another good way to here diffrent accents, just type in brookylnn accent. Hope this helped, i know what a pain accents are to come by for roles.

Itunes has several kareoke versions of songs, thats where i found all mine from, i edit music and film, and its very hard to strip the vocals from a song because there all set into the same sound bar.

Breath support is your best friend if your voice is airy. Just try doing your scales very loudly in almost your talking voice, work from there to try and make it prettier and add in some vibrato just keep practing your breathing and soon it should begin to get louder and less "cotton candy"

I have damaged my vocal chords pretty bad from over-singing and over-using them the past couple years. I am a singer& I have a show coming up in about 1 1/2 weeks.

I worked at a haunted house in october so i was screaming at everybody who walked though, i damaged my vocal chords very badley so i know how to heal them, but just to let you know: it could take from a month to 6 months to get all your notes back.
Get Non-menthol cough drops, you know there non-menthol if you breath in and its not cold - if they are cold or almost that minty feeling spit em out.
Don't drink any pop or juice, theres allot of citric acids that ruin your voice.
Stop drinking/ eating any dairy products a day or two before the performance.
Dont yell at all, talk to people only who are an arms length away from you.
Clear your throught very softly
Dont sing for a week and try not to talk unless possible
schedule a 4 hour period everyday where you let everybody know your not going to say a word. just dont talk or laugh, rent a sad movie or somting.
Thats basically all i know...

Well my theatre teacher seems to do things unfaily and favor people sometimes. For example, he always picks my friend for the main part in every show and the thing is, it's so unfair to the upperclassmen who have more skill and have been doing theatre longer than my friend (my friend is a freshman.) My friend is good and all, but it seems like my theatre teacher is always cheating the upperclassmen out of good parts, I mean because my friend has had the lead role in plays before and she has many more theatre shows to go, so I don't see why he doesn't just pick some upperclassmen for the roles, because all of the upperclassmen are better at acting than anyone else in the whole drama club and yet, he's never given any of them a lead role. I, as well as other people, think that he does many things unfairly and we've talked to him about it before, but our talking to him doesn't ever seem to make a difference. So my question is, how can I get on my theatre teacher's good side? because I am still a freshman, but I'm predicting that since I'm kind of laid-back and I do have a similar personality to most of the upperclassmen, my theatre teacher is probaly gonna cheat my out of a leading role when I'm an upperclassmen, just like he's doing now. And yes it's kinda unfair how he handles things, but there's nothing we can do about it and it doesn't really seem like he notices me right now and I want to show that i have the potential to handle a lead role, because I don't want to not get a part I derserve, just like my upperclassmen friends. SO what I'm asking is, how can I show my theatre teacher that I'm willing to work hard and that I want to have good parts in the plays? Sorry if this is confusing... I read it and realized that it's probably hard to understand, I mean it made sense to me when I wrote it but idk how comprehendable it really is hahahaha... but any advice any of you have would be greatly appreciated. :-) (link)

Well, we have somthing in common, I auditioned for Beauty and The Beast, i have been taking voice lessons for some time and I have gotten leads in every production i've been in since 6th grade, i am now a senior in high school. I did not get a part in Beauty and The Beast, i got called back and they didn't find me a part. Basically what im saying is, if your going into theatre you have to get used to being rejected. I know its very hard. If your just doing the plays for fun, then do just that, have fun with it. Theatre people enjoy outgoing talented people, if the seniors are talented enough, they should have gotten there chance to shine already. But as for you, keep with it and keep trying, but theatre is a lost cause without a promise of hope. All you can do is your best.
