For some reason pretty girls make me jealous. I don't have a man that I think they will steal but just seeing them makes me hate myself even more then I already do. There are only 2 things I like about myself, my eyes and my voice. But there are all these pretty girls out there and I am just not one of them. I don't know how to make myself feel better about it. I have tried making myself look good...but I can't even do that. Any idea on how I can get over this?! PLZ ~N~ thank you!

It's not the pretty girls, its the ones who are pretty on the inside that go places in life. I am one of the pretty girls and I am going no where with my life. My dad told me that when I was like 10 years old. Just ignore them and be happy that you are you, hope you feel better sweetsz - xOo . jenny

my voice maked me uncomfterable because im a girl with an incridably low voice, like whenever i talk to a guy, they always ask if i have a cold and some people make fun of me because of my voice. i just wanna know a way that maybe my voice can sound a litlle higher.plz!!!! (link)

My good friend of about 3 years and I have totally been falling apart this year. We went to school together for 2 years, and then went to different schools for high school. She and her old best friend had a fight, and now I'm her best friend, but sadly, I consider her to only be one of my good friends. I've never told her where she stands with me, but she seems to know that she's not my very best friend. This year's been the worst, she thinks I've totally changed, and gotten to be this dark, depressed person, and as far as I know, I'm not. I'm different than the girl she went to school with, but can she expect me to not change in 3 years? Everyone changes. I'm afraid of losing her as a friend, but...I'm feeling like that's what will happen. She's always saying how it feels like I've "almost gone goth" on her (which I haven't) and junk, and it kind of hurts? What's wrong with accepting who I am now? It's like she can't let go of who I was, and I'm sick of it. I don't want to hurt her, but she criticizes me for little things, and follows me around, has accounts on sites after I do and stuff like that. Her writing is even starting to sound like my style. I'm sick of that, but I'm worried about her too, she's had a rough year of high school, and doesn't have many friends there. I just don't know what to do anymore. (link)

Okay! Woah..well 3 years isn't that much, but it's okay you guys must be pretty tight..but if she is all like 'You've gone goth' then she shouldn't be your friend if she cant accept the fact that you changed then she can't accept having you as a friend..If you wanna try to make it though with her then try to hang out more and show her your not goth..By the time you graduate high school you will go to seperate collages and you wont remeber each other, your already going to seperate high schools.. I know it's hard. Just talk to her ask her whats up and if anything has happened in her new school, if she is upset about anything, does she miss her old school? Im in student council and we have elections for officers (pres, vice pres, secretary, treasurer) tomorrow. I kinda wanna run for vp but my friend wants to do that too and i don't wanna run against her becuz i don't want to run against a friend. I could possibly win but i don't want to do that to her and if i don't get to do my job with the class officers (not student council officers) i'm gonna be mad. We decided that we were gonna nominate each other, but i'm not sure i want that responsibility that comes with the job. I don't want to run for any other positions because i don't quite think i can do those as well. On the other hand, if i don't run, i can still do my job as a regular student council memeber and hang out with my other friends. Should i run for vp or just not run at all? plz help soon. the elections are tomorrow. (link)

Well, today my mom had asked me to make dinner and I did because I love to cook. When she got home she said "I hope your father doesn't show up late so he can eat some dinner." I said, Oh, he's going out to dinner with some of his coworkers remember? and she said that she had no clue what I was talking about. Basically, my dad didn't tell her anything about the dinner so she's pissed. She always gets really pissed off at him because she says that they don't communicate. Well, she says that he doesn't communicate with her. I'm really scared that my parents might get a divorce. I love both of my parents and I hate to see them argue and the thought of them getting a divorce scares me. There are so many kids in my school who's parents are divorced and they look at me like I'm crazy when they ask me "So, do you live with your mom or your dad?" and I respond with, "Both". This is hard for me, I don't want my family to be torn apart! What should I do? (link)

Okay..yes you can let go of something like that..but if the just dont communicate they aren't gonna get divorced. Trust me, I have friends who I had that problem. Don't stress over it sweetie..Your family wont be torn apart and if you are so conserned then you should talk to them both..I hope I helped darling.

k i did sumthin w/ my bf be4 my mom found out she doesnt trust me and im working on regaining my trust becuz then ill actually be able to hang out w. ppl and maybe me and my bf will go bak out. (we broke up becuz i was grounded for a really long time..so we just r kinda taken a break u cud say and i wanna prove to him i can hang out again cuz i really like him...) anyway, today in skool there is this lil place and we hooked up. just made out. of course with my luck a teacher came in and i went to the principals. shes like, "i hear about ur little inappropriate incident" etc and "if this happens again your parents will hear from me." i was relieved that she wouldnt call them that day..but this is the bad part: tommorow is a day at my school and my mom is coming to work at a certain part of it. its a homecoming/pep rally type thing. so the principal will be there and i AM DEAD becuz i bet she will tell my mom and dad if she sees them. that is NOT GOOD. cuz 1st of all my dad is coming to visit becuz he is working in a diff state from our house and i dont want to get in trouble again. i am so afraid she'll tel...help me. You may or may not be his type though. Maybe he like goths or preps, or emos. You gotta just flirt with him and ask him out or something..You seem like your like 11 so get one of your friends to..I don't know, do whatever you 11 year olds do.

ok me and my boyfriend broke-up tuesday from a 2 month relationship and I was starting to kinda get over it but then today he asked me back out and i said yeah..and I really like him a lot its just its alil weird..like we always said love ya when we got off the phone or when we signed off aim..but not we dont..I know its only the first day but I always thought you just took it from where it left off? if he just thinking something different? and well I just wanna know if thats normal or if thats a sign that he dont like me that much as before..? and if either what should I do bout it..thanks soo much Ox (link)

Okay darling..FLIRRRRRRRT LIKE CRAZY! Okay..talk to him and even if he is going out with that girl just tell him how you feel...if he stares at you still then he likes you. Maybe he is trying to hide his feeling of liking you too..so you just gotta tell him and chill with him and if you kno he is going to the movies with his friends go there with your friends and 'see him there' even though you kno he was going to be there. Trust me..tell him if he doesn't like you, get over it. If he does you'll have him again and you'll be happy..Trust me you'll get over him if he doesn't like you. Hope I helped sweetie.

Well, my boyfriend and me have been going out for 3 weeks. And all the sudden today he breaks up with me!
Well, it was his friend since he was too chicken to do it on his own. I didn't believe his friend, so I called his house, and he said he was "God D*mn serious" but my boyfriend was laughing in the background and they were all laughing. And he just said the other day how much he liked me.
I cried for about an hour after that. If he's joking, though, I'm going to kill him. It scared me so bad. And I'm so confused. They won't tell me why, either. They just keep confusing me more everytime I talk to his friend.
They won't let me talk to my boyfriend either. They just keep saying "SHUT UP! GOD! HE HATES YOU AND HE BROKE UP WITH YOU. GET OVER IT!" but they keep laughing!
Do you think they're just joking or he really is breaking up with me they just think it's funny? Help!

Okay..how old are you?! You've been going out with him for 3 weeks and you cryed, you probably don't even know what love is yett..and they are laughing because they think its funny that they are being mean to you darling its over between you and that guy..he is obousily an a*shole so just forget about him.
