My parents have never had a healthy relationship, and they've been married for 30 years. They constantly fight! I don't mean to point the finger, but 99% of the time, my mom's at fault. She argues with everyone, every 5 minutes...honestly, if you leave my dad alone, he is calm and reasonable, but my mom's a fire cracker.
But anyway, all they do is fight. It's always been bad, but it's gotten worse- to the point where if they aren't fighting, there's usually tension, or true feelings aren't expressed. I am pretty sure that at some point they will get a divorce... whether or not they do isn't the issue. They will never, ever get along. No body gets along with my mother beyond the superficial level- i hate to say this about my own mother, but she is the most unreasonable, irrational person, beneath all the sugar-coated fakeness she shoes to everyone.
Having said all of that, what is there for me to do?? I try my hardest not to involve myself in their heated argumens . It's all verbal, but it stings terribly. I don't know what to do...sometimes i write in a journal, but how much of that can I stand.
For anyone in a similar situation, what do you do when you are caught in the midst of chaos in your own house? how do you take your mind off things, if only to keep yourself from getting too stressed out or hurt?

Right now your doing a good thing is to just write write && write i find writeing everything down like how you feel really does help!Theres nothing you can really do to make your parents stay together there grown adults and that situation is in there hands maybe you should just talk to your mom and sit her down and tell her how you feel and what shes doing just be honest!

I am 16 years old and me and my boyfriend have been dating for two years. Lately me and him have been fighting a little bit. He tells me that I don't think about him and that I only think about me and that I never take him into concideration when I want to do things. He tells me that I treat him like crap sometimes. When I feel the same way only about him. He never really seems like he cares about me like we use too. Like when he says I love you he doesn't sound like he means it. And I just don't know what to do because I don't know how to tell him because i'm afraid that he will blow up in my face and say that it is my fault. dateing this boy and being in love with him for two years really doesnt mean anything and i can tell you that rite now because when it comes to love i think i have benn through everything that there is!The best way to handle this situation i think is to just call him or when you see him tell him how you really feel and tell him that what he is saying isnt true!

I've been single for about a year now. I've given my number out to plenty of guys, but only liked them as friends. So most of my guy friends like me and that's how I met most of them. Well I jus got back with my ex and I don't know how to tell them I have a boyfriend. I don't want to say it out of the BLUE! this is kind of hard for me to explain, but i finally met the perfect guy. the one guy that has replaced my exboyfriend, the one guy that i can honestly say i'm in love with & know that it's the truth, or at least i thought it was.
ever since thursday, everything has been going downhill.
to start it off, i'm 17, he's 16. & we've been together for about a month & truthfully, he never really called me but like twice a week, he always wanted to talk on icq(which i hate). but whenever he would call me, it was perfect & we'd talk until like 3am because we just had so much to say. out of this month, we've only hung out twice because we go to different schools & because he never wants to make plans. i always try to do something & he always says he can't, or he cancels at the last minute.
well my birthday was friday & we made plans for my birthday so right as i was about to leave to go pick him up, he cancels on me saying his mom is making him stay home all day because his brother is in. so i was fine, and me & my friends went out & let alone, him & his friends were out driving around & they saw me & were like 'your boyfriend is in here' pointing at him, and he was hiding his head from me :(
we fought over that & then we fought again the next day over stupid stuff, he just kept being really difficult & wouldn't hardly say anything, and he kept making up excuses as to why he couldn't call me & such.
i really love him, and i know the obvious answer is to get out of this relationship, but i can't. i feel like if i wait a little longer, maybe things will improve? like he gets his license saturday & i'm hoping things will change.

Okay. My life is like apple pie. I get straight A's in school, am fit, am reasonably pretty (not sounding conceited), have a lot of really nice friends, my teachers seem to love me, I can speak French, and dress well. Everyone says to me how likely I will be to succeed, and that I could do whatever I want. But, I always feel like something's missing. Alright so last year (sixth grde) i became friends with a few of the (lastyears 7th) grade class. But i especaially became close with this kid Ryan. And so we would hang out once and a while outside of school, always hang out at school, and call eachother like everynight, and talk on myspace and IM alot too. But now hes in 8th (hes leaving next year because i go to a jewish school and it only goes up to 8th) and hes starting to ignore me alot. Never calls, never IMs even when he knos im online, and same w/ myspace!! And every now and again he'll talk to me for five seconds and then leave for his class friends. And same with the other kids in his class, i mean basically hes the only one that knows me and my friends exist anymore,the other guys dont even look at us! So i tried calling him lastnight and it was probably the most one-worded okward conversations of my life! And we could used to talk for hours and hours! I dont get it!!?? Please help me so i dont loose one of my BEST friends! !

i always have a little acne sometime so make sure your washing your face morning and night!No more then that because it will make it worse!
lets see get a powder foundation!those cant really clog it!Maybe even a little eyeliner because it will distract it from your acne and focus on your eyes!I suggest black eyeliner and before you use it you should light i perfer maybeline eyeline its usually red on the outside and you get two of them for 2.00 dollars i think!you should light it before useing it with a lighter or the stove not so much that it runs!then set it somewhere and let it cool!then apply it only to your lower eyelid only!

I was talking to my friend and I lookd at her top and there it was.... a cutie pie! I asked her about him and she said he's really sweet AND just got out of a relationship AND it was bad. *His gf slept with his best friend!* So I backed off. About two months later I noticed my play cousin knew him so I told her to HOOK me up! She said that he said he was going to look at my page. But my cousin went out of town and didn't have service for about a week. She called him & he said she was irritating him (she can be) so he hung up....... he sends out bulletins saying to IM him and leaves his screen name. Would it be doing too much if I instant messaged him? I don't usually do this! And I like him, too because he writes bulletins and blogs that are very passionate about his emotions and his place in life! (I do, too!) AND he's attractive... THIS is a RARE ONE! (link)

well this is what you could say:just instant message him and be like hey and when he says who is this(most likely he will)then just be like oh i think my cousin told you about me!...and take it from there!
OR...
you could just message him on myspace so it seems like you not always reading his bulletins!

When I'm with close friends, family, or if I'm comfortable I am very funny and outgoing. When I'm not, I'm quiet and 'laid back." I recently transferred schools. I met some people in my theater class and they thought I was mean! One guy thought I was because I just handed him a paper and didn't tell him what to do with it, but I assumed he knew because the teacher just explained. Another guy liked me (the feeling was NOT mutual, but he was hilarious) and was CLEARLY playing around with me one day and I started backing away with a smile and laughing he said "YOU'RE HELLA MEAN BACKING AWAY. THAT'S MESSED UP." WHAT? I was kidding! I'm starting to think they were intimidated by me because about a week earlier all the guys named me "prettiest girl in the class" and they took everything to heart..... but. EVERYONE always thinks I'm mean! I'm the nicest most sweetest person! I hate when people are mean to each other! WHAt CAN I DO? WHY DO THEY THINK I'M MEAN? This is bothering me. Okay, My names Jasmin, I'm 14 and live in Kentucky. I'm dating a guy named Chad, while I like a guy named James. Idk about this kid anymore (he's a sort of ex), but here's the situation.
All I wanted to do was the talk to him (I told a friend to tell him to call me, since I have no classes with him), and he was like "No..she's going to ask me to homecoming".
After he said that, I was just irritated, and said "You know what? Screw you, jackass. Just so you know, I have a boyfriend, and I'm already going to homecoming with someone. I just wanted to talk to you."
According to my friend, he was really shocked and he acts all awkward around me now, but whatever.
Now, I hear that he admitted to liking this girl that's been, like, stalking him. i mean, she's a nice girl and all, but anyone with a brain can tell that he doesn't like her.
But anyways, he admitted to liking the girl to one of my best friends (the same best friend who told him to call me)
Is he trying to make me jealous? I know full well that he doesn't like this girl. About a year ago, he supposedly told her "I used to like you, but not anymore". He looks hella bored when she tries talking to him. Yet, he is apparently going around telling people he likes her, and has convinced my best friends that he does like her.
But I don't believe it at all. This girl has liked him for two years, and he's known that. It just seems odd to me.

Well, I just started liking this guy Mike and from what I heard, he likes me back. His sister is bff's with my sister and my sister told me that Mike liked me back. I really need advice on how I could tell if he likes me or not. I dont want to act like a complete idiot if he doesnt.
Here's some signs I saw:
1. Once when I was walking down the hallway I saw him with a group of his friends and he looked at me. (this was like a week ago)
2. We talk on Myspace sometimes, but sometimes he doesnt respond.
