Advicenators!
Ive started taking dance clas for an hour every morning, & its intense & my whole bodys sore! Especially my legs. We streth before & evrything so im assuming its good soreness. Anyway, how do i ease the pain? I dont want to be sore all summer! Advil/heating? Any tips, let me know! Thanks! (link)

Hi! I'm a gymnast so I know what its like to feel sore! The best thing to do is to not sit around, get up and move! I know at first it might really hurt when you're all fresh and sore, but just keep moving and stretching right after and you'll be fine! One time I was ridiculously sore in my legs and I just sat on the couch all day with ice hoping that would help, well it didn't, it made it worse! I went to practice and worked it out and felt MUCH better! Bottom line of the story is work it out and keep moving and stretching! Hope I helped!

Well i met a boy on bebo ages ago and hes rly nice, hes got a nice personality and hes good lookin and hes a guy id go out with but he thinks im stunnin but im not! hes seen a picture of me and all that but im not that pretty but he thinks i am, i try 2 keep tellin him that im fat and he wouldnt like me (its true) but im to scared to tell him incase he wont talk 2 me anymore...

Hi! First, stop being so harsh on yourself! Maybe you think that he wouldn't like you, but heres the thing, you're not him. If you continue to be so negative it might turn him away. You seem to like him and he seems to like you just the way you are! Don't spoil something just because you can't believe its true! I say keep talking and go for it and try to accept yourself because he seems to have.

I have an annoying friend and she always talks about her self. I like her because we are besties, but she only talks about HER and what she will be doing and who she talked to and blah blah blah... Everytime I talk about me or anything other than her she changes the subject or doesn't listen to me. She also would ditch me to sit at the back of the class or with cooler people, and she doesn't care if i end up sitting by myself. Please help me, I don't know how to let her know she is making me angrier every day. What should I say to her?
PS. I have tried talking to her about it but she refused to listen and wouldn't take in what I was saying. (link)

Hey! I understand that she is your best friend, but honestly she doesn't seem like such a good one. You guys are best friends and I love that you are trying to keep the relationship together although it seems like she is tearing it apart. The way you are describing the situations seems as if she is somewhat full of herself and doesn't care about other people ( for example, she only talks about herself and doesn't let you talk, she ditches you to sit with 'cooler people'). If she is truly your best friend she should not leave you hanging and treat you better. I love that you tried talking to her and I'm sorry she won't listen. Maybe you should try one talking to her one last time, and if she just doesn't get it maybe you should let up on the relationship. Hope I helped!

I can totally relate. The guys I usually like don't go to my school either, but you can't let that keep you guys apart. If you really like him, go out of your way to talk to him and ask him to hang out. Sometimes, not seeing each other every day in school is a good thing, that way when you see each other it will be more exciting. Try to keep in contact with him and I'm sure everything will fall into place! I hope I helped!

Your friends don't sound like very good friends to me. Friends should always be nice to each other and there for each other whenever they need it. Maybe its time to move on and find some new friends who will be nice to you and true to you. Two faced friends aren't good to keep around, you'll just end up getting hurt one way or the other. My best friend who i used to like lies to me and blows me off half the time. Today during school i asked her to hang out and she told me she had to clean her house. Later on i went to the carnival in town and i see her there. Everytime i look in her direction she hides from me, i look over and she hides behind her friendsor turns around. Why does she do this? I understand your problem, this has happened to everyone sometime. It doesn't sound like your 'best friend' is acting like a good friend to you. The reason she may be avoiding you is because there is a problem between you guys and you might not even know what caused it. Your best bet would be to talk to her and ask whats up, if you guys never talk you will never know why shes avoiding you. I know this may hurt, but maybe shes ready to grow apart and doesn't know how to tell you. I hope you guys can talk and work things out! Hope I helped you!
