I've gotten all of my Christmas shopping done, except for one person: my mom. I have no idea what to get her! The problem is she doesn't want anything, and what she does want she buys herself. Could I have some ideas please? Maybe some gifts you got for your own mother? Thanks! (link)

Ok so my family has a long line of ADD and ADHD. My mom is the only one in my family who dos not have it, but many people on her side of her family have it too. The problem is my school work is starting to go down a substantul(Sp?) amount because i am restles and i cant focus. I want to ask my parents about seeing the dr. My brothers and dad go to but im to shy they will think i am faking or something. The reason i know i have it is because my bro said that i act the same way he acted when he was not medicated.

well im sure they will understand i mean it runs in your family right? so just tell your parents that you can focus in school and just give them other reason why you might have it.

Well I really really want a cat badly. I've had about 3 cats in my life and they were all bad. They scratched up the furnature or stunk up the whole house. Well basicly I really want a cat. My mom says no she says shell never get me a cat ever again. But I really want one. I keep telling her ill be responsible but she keeps saying NO. What can I tell her or do she can let me get a kitty?.! Help please! (link)

hmm maybe you can just go out and buy one yourself. and hopfully she wont take it back cause some places wont take their animals back.

15/f. i have a group of friends that i normally sit with at lunch but sometimes they can be really rude to me. like if one day i sit with someone else, then the next day they will be mad a me because i didn't sit with them. like i have some other friends besides them and they get mad if i don't sit with them.
for example at a school fundraiser last year, i talked with another group besides mine for a little and then my whole group was pissed at me and wouldn't talk to me the rest of the day.
why is this? and what can i do to stop them getting mad at me? (link)

hmm well were you ignoring them if not than they really need to chill not to be rude but i know how you feel. maybe you can get two people from each group and hang out one night or something.

A lot of people have this problem but I can't figure out what to do.
My personality changes around guys. It's sort of like I'm trying to impress them, mold myself to who they want me to be, hoping I'll get a boyfriend. The thing is, it's never worked out that way, I've never gotten a boyfriend.
I really want to be able to relax and be myself around guys. T

just talk to them like you known them for your whole life. when ever your talking to them just think about how it didnt work out last time and now you need to try something new. maybe knowing what you are going to say before you say it well help.

Alright so im 5'3, im 13 years old & i weigh 144.5 lb. I feel so overweight and a few guys have been calling me fat. It really upsets me and i REALLY want to loose weight! So please, anyone, give me tips on what excersizes work best & what i can do to get my body in shape (esp. my stomach and love handles) Thanks anyone who helps :D (link)

thats only a little bit over weight the population of america is over wieght so we both fit in but sit ups help around this time of the year cause you cant really run outside with snow thats going to be coming soon.
