okay. well there was this guy i met in west virgina went i went. and we really hit it off i was friends with his sister at first then we started talking and we like kissed and stuff. so i left and all and he was like i love you and i was all like i love you too.. i admit i still kinda like him but he is TOTALLY over me.. he is always telling me about who he likes or his new girlfriend.. i just miss him alot and i dont know what to do!?! PLEASE HELP! (link)
Wow, what a situation. Over the summer i fell head over heels for a florida beach babe. we were really close, spending every day of my vacation together at the beach, talking about our lives to each other and it was great. He seemed perfect to me. But then i came home and expected to hear from him. He called a few times and it was amazing. he still cared but he often talked about other girls from his high school. It hurt me a little bit deep down but i knew that because he was so far away i couldnt beat myself up over it. We stayed friends, and i still miss him like crazy. But i felt guilty holding on when i wanted him to be happy. So you should definately not keep your feelings locked up. Tell him that you still feel a lot for him, but that if friendship is all you ca have you want that, and you want him to happy. Maybe hell realize after a while that the greatest girl for him was right in front of him. But if he doesnt... at least you still have him in your life. Good luck hun, and anytime you're hurting over him you can find my e-mail addy on my column.

ok....i no its right before christmas...but is it rude to dump my boyfriend... i mean i don't like him anymore...im worried about breaking up because im worried he'll do stuff to himself...he said he would try suicide if we ever broke up....but at the same time im not happy! PLEASE HELP ME! (link)
oh my, i dont know anything about you but i felt exactly how you do now about 3 months ago. I had been dating a guy for about 3 weeks and he took a vacation to a foreign country. We lost our closeness and i was no longer interested. I broke things off and he talked a lot about suicide. I told him that because i didnt want to be with him didnt mean i didnt care for him, and we kept talking occasionally so he knew i didnt dislike him as a person, just as a boyfriend. When he came home we continued our friendship and i let him know that he did nothing wrong, but the relationship was just not right for me. So talk to him about your reasons for the relationship split and be sure to tell him you're still there for him no matter if you're a couple or not.

how can i become a faster runner with in 1 month?!?! im kinda lazy but i really wanna run so i will put my mind to it and get up every mornigna t 2 if thats wut it takes but please help (link)
Oh my, running is my passion and id love to help you out. Ive been running varsity cross country and track for two years now and i started out last onm the cross country team roster. Im not 3rd best on my team. A common misconception is that you have to start out working every day doing crazy workouts. That will get you nothing but sore and tired out. You should start out doing 2 or 3 days a week and dont work on speed as much as durability. You should try to keep a steady pace and really keep a good posture. Then after about 2 weeks of this add mileage. This will build up your muscles and you'll be faster in no time. Just concentrate on a steady schedule, keeping your pace, and setting a new goal every week. Keep me posted, and good luck!

i need help im a guy and my hair is like out of control its super wavy and when i try to grow it out it compacts and wont go down how can i straighten it out or fix it please? (link)
oh my gosh, im about to be your angel! Im a 15 year old white chick with an afro... no lie... laugh if you want. But i had so much trouble working with my out of control curls that i went to a pro for advice. She reccomended that anyone with frizzy, curly, plain crazy hair try this product. Its called frizzease syrum. Its amazing. You can but it at wal mart for 7 or 8 bucks. and a small bottle goes a long way. You get out of the shower and put a nickel size amount all through your hair then as you come it blow dry it and itll dry pretty fast and look a lot sleeker. It wont make your hair permanently straight but its a quick fix. Let me know how you make out!
