Hi! I am Shasta. I LOVE the color red and I love wolves! Please ask me a question about anything, because I love to answer them! I play the clarinet, and I live in California. I don't like to answer questions about love. Please ask me a question, and I will do my best to answer it!

I have this friend. She gets on my nerves a lot. She gets really jealous when me or anyone else isn't payin g her any attention. She is spoiled(no offense.) and always tries to make people feel bad. I don't want to be her friend, but she keeps on saying that she has problems and she's gonna kill herself because life is so bad. I have 2 questions. Is she my real friend? And is there any way I don't have to be friends with her? (link)
Well, I think that you should just tell her, "I am sorry, ______, but I think you should be a little bit more possitive." And if that doesn't work, try to talk to a school teacher or counseler. They will help you.

Everytime I am on center stage, for playing an instrument, singing, acting, auditions, giving a speech in front of my class, whatever.... I get soooo nervous. My feet shake, my hands shake so hard it's hard to hold papers or instruments steady and they get really cold. Sometimes I get this nervous twitch above my lip. I don't know any way to get rid of it! And I can't just avoid the stage, because even though I get nervous, I really want to perform. Ugh.

Help! (link)
Well, I have the same problem sometimes. I have a good voice, and when I was in a summer camp this past summer, and there was a talent show with a lot of people watching. I did three skits with my friends. One of them was solo. I was singing a song (into a microphone) and I was SO nervous that I was shaking, too. I really love to sing and be on stage, but I hate to be nervous. I mean, come on, who does? Anyways, my dad told me once before that when the nervous thing starts to come up, don't look at the audience. Try to avoid them. Pretend that they aren't even there! Or if you want it to seem like you are looking at them, don't look at them straight in the eye's; look above their heads! It works, I'm serious!

I hope this helps you and your stage fright!

How come there is no boys asking questions? I'm a guy and I have a question... anyways... I'm kinda shy when the topic asking girls out comes up. I'm 13 and I dont ever think im going to get a girlfriend, because im so scared on what would i do if i asked someone out and then they said yes? i mean i dont know how to make out and stuff like that... what should i do? (link)
Well, this one if kind of hard to explain. Maybe try asking one of your parents. They might help out on your problems.

Girls do complain if we get cheated on or something like that, but I don't know the answer to that. Sorry! And I am glad that you wouldn't even cheat on a girl! That is a good thing that you have in you! Keep it!

I told my friends and family that I was thinking of becoming a lesbian and they just laughed. What do i do to make them believe me? (link)
Well, if you really are serious, then be stern and tell it to their face like you REALLY mean it. Then say, like, "Mom (or Dad or friend), I really am serious! Can't you believe me?" or something like that. Hope this helps!

I know this guy lets call him CTW and i told me friend to call him she did and she told him i liked him... i do. and i don't know him that well but i'm in 7th grade and he rode my bus in 5th grade he's been at a couple partys and i think he's really nice. There is only one thing, i think he has some brain problems cause my friend said he is dangerous and he spazes out and hurts people while he spazes like on purpose but uncontolably he is going to sit at our lunch table when he is unsuspended for punching this kid but He would never purposly hurt someone. I know he will go out with me i just am not sure. can someone help me? (link)
I think that you should take a chance with him and see how it goes. If you and him have a good time, keep going out. If not, there are plenty other fish in the sea!

I feel very sick lately.
after walking up the stairs or standing or walking for a bit i feel like i might vomit.
it hurts to breath in deep and i cough alot and it hurts my sides. alot. today after standing in the hall way, going downstairs and walking down the block i almost threw up, kept gaging and coughing which hurt so much i was doubled over, and it hurt to move.
what could this be?
(link)
Well, I am so sorry that you are feeling bad. I think you should check with a doctor or tell your parents (if you haven't already). They wil know what to do!

Feel better!
