Last night I got pulled over after 9:00 (it was 9:20) by a local town cop. I was caught doing 60 in a 35... the problem is that i have a Junior license. And I can't get a ticket for 6 months otherwise it will be taken away...sucks right?

Well, you know the law thats something like "if the ticket has wrong information on it, its not valid?".. Well on the ticket he checked that i was the owner of the automobile i was operating, which is completely false because it is my mothers, it is in her name and i clearly told him it was not my car. It's my mothers and I did not understand how powerful her car was, (2010 nissan murano vs. 2010 honda civic - my car) so obviously the power is 5x more then my civic lol. If i were paying attention to my odometer, i would have gone the speed limit or fairly close to it.

Well, what do you guys think? Do you think the ticket could be dismissed because he said i was the owner of the car...or do you think something else will happen?

I know im a dumb ass but I was leaving work and I stopped by my friends house.. and got caught speeding lol.

Thanks for the help in advance (link)
First of all, that will not be dismissed. The fact is that you were still going 30 miles over the speed limit. There is a huge difference from 35 miles and 60. You can try to fight it, but I highly doubt it.

ok, i have curly soft meduim dark brown hair.. and i dont dye it or do anyhing to do it, so when i blow dry it, it doesnt look dry, it looks soft and thick, and my hair is really nce compared to alot of people i know, but my queston is i wanna do my hair more now, but im ALWAYS takng care of my hair, like after i do my hair i do an egg mask.or hair treatmens for my hair to protect it from gettng bad, just recently i bought a new straightner, it is lke really good quality called Philps.Salon hair straighnter and it has a ceramic iron, i want to do my hair every now and then i just dont want it to get dry and ugly, is it ok if i do my hair whenver i want but always do the masks and hair treatmens before or after? will it ruin? thank you in advance:) (link)
It is not always a good thing to straighten your hair every single day but I do.

As gross as this may sound, you should shower every other day. You know when your hair gets greasy? That's actually very good for you hair. As gross as it may look, it's helpful. The natural oils in your hair will hydrate and moisturize.

Also, you may want to try a mousse which you apply to your hair when it's still wet. I blow dry and straighten everyday and I have amazing hair. Products do help. But you do not want to kill your hair. Just be careful on how much you use, and keep up with your treatments.

i love singing and i sing 24/7 i love it. but one problam i get scared to sing in front of people. im good too. i wanted to sing at the talent show in a little i guess youd say fair for my town. wat do i do (link)
I'm a singer too and have been doing it since I was almost 6 years old, I'm 20 now. But the thing is, everyone gets scared. But you have to realize the talent and gift that you have. Think of singing as a purpose to spread the gift to everyone you love.

Start singing in front of small groups. Like your parents, siblings or your friends. You can always work up to big crowds. Be confident. No you are good. If you make a mistake, just realize that everyone does.

I'm usually more nervous in front of small crowds, when you're singing in front of a bigger crowd you connect with the people's energy. It may say corny but you'll see what I mean. People give off a certain energy and your voice and talent thrive off of that.

Know that you're doing it for them and yourself. They enjoy it. And you should too.

And another thing, if you're worried about messing up..DON'T BE! They'll never know if you messed up or not, every singer has they're only style. They would not be able to tell the difference.

Just have fun and carry on with singing. Practice, practice, practice. You can only get better. The more you do it, the more your stage fright will go away, I promise.

I am 17 years old and have only had sex with my boyfriend of over two years. We have had sex more times than i can count but I've never "had my cherry popped". Is there something wrong with me? My friends have joked around and said "oh he must be too small" Could that be true? I read before that some girls just never have that happen to them that its nothing different but you cant always believe everything you read on the internet... (link)
No, that is not true. Some girls aren't even born with hymens but if you are it is possible that it could have been broken when you were a kid. NOT saying that you were sexual assaulted as a child, but just saying that sometimes if you feel too hard to rode a bike etc. they can break.

When I first had sex I didn't feel any pain either, but it wasn't because he was too small...believe me. It was because my hymen was already broken or maybe I didn't have one to begin with.

Don't listen to your friends, they obviously have no idea what they are talking about and don't let it bother you. Just have fun and be safe.

does anyone know any routines that i can use on my face with products around the house to get rid of redness on my face? i have sensitive skin, and it needs to be something that wont give me irriation, or make me break out. (link)
Redness on the face is horrible and can sometimes be a bit painful. You may have skin condition called Rosacea which causes the skin on the face to become very red and sometimes sore. You can always go to see a dermatologist who can prescribe you a cream to cause the redness to go away, but sometimes it's not always enough.

One home remedy is oatmeal and honey paste. These are considering hydrators and moisturizers for the skin and is very light and can be used on sensitive skin since they are both natural. Mix the two and apply the paste to your skin, almost like a mask and you will notice the red going down.

Make sure to keep your vitamin-E levels up. Vitamin - E helps restore and rejuvenate your skin which can always put the levels down.

Ima put a picture of me blowing a bubble (gum) and I want to put a little icon as the caption that says "I blow" or something like that. Does anyone know how to put icon things as the caption and if anyone can help me find one that'd be great . Thanks in advance :) (link)
You can do a lot of editing on the website picnik.com. I have the membership which is 25 dollars for the year. The good thing about the membership is that you can do a lot of color editing, you can even edit your skin, make-up and hair on there. But if you do not have the membership, it is very limited. But they do have the option to add text to your picture.

What you do is upload the picture on the website, when you get to the first page it will say "upload picture now." Upload your picture and then it will take you to the editing site.

Next, there are 5 tabs at the top. You want to hit the one that says CREATE and once you get there, there are about of options for you to choose from. You want to the Text option.

Picnik give s you a lot of cool fonts and color to use and you can even add little clip arts. Once you're done editing you click Save and Share and save the edited picture to your computer and from there you'll be good to go!

What are some ways I can show my boyfriend I love him and care about him. Please no cutesy romantic stuff because he won't like that. And preferably nothing involving calling him or texting him. (link)
First off, no one should be questioning eachother's feelings in a relationship and if he does.. he's not right for you.

And relationship is all about romance. How can you tell someone you love them by not actually saying it? Love is about the simple things, the things you enjoy together.

And what's wrong with calling him and texting him? My boyfriends loves when I just call him out of the blue just to say how much I miss him and love him.. and he's not into the cutesy romance either.

I acquired a sunburn tan, meaning that my skin burned first and turned into a tan. Now, the skin is very dark and doesn't feel natural. It has a soft leather feel. Will this eventually go away? Because I have to say that I don't really like the look or feel.

**I am unable to use the sunscreen that we purchased because it makes my skin irritated and I have yet to purchase sunscreen meant for sensitive skin. (link)
Try some aloe vera, it's amazing for the skin. And is excellent on making skin smooth.

Also, make sure not too shower long. You want to cut down your shower times. Too much water on the skin, believe it or not can actually DRY out the skin.

Make sure to MOISTURE your skin and you might want to avoid getting to much sun until you find a better sunblock.

I'm starting to get a feeling that my boyfriend is losing interest. Its temporary long distance relationship (LDR), we'll see each other again in September.

What do I do? I love him and I don't want it to be over.

In the beginning of the summer we used to text everyday, and then it turned into one word answers on his part, but he'd still text me back right away. Now, if I text him, I'll get a reply late at night with a one word answer.

Things changed about two weeks ago. A week ago we got into a minor disagreement where he lost his temper a little bit, but I apologized the next day and he said I'm good. Since then he won't text me back til the end of the day. I texted him twice first, and he texted me once first.

How much time should I give him before I mention whats going on in our relationship? And I'm not texting him first for a while, unless he texts me first (oh the rules of texting, lol), just to give him some time to himself.

Any advice will be much appreciated

I do not want to sound like a creep but I am having the same problems in my relationship. 19/f also. Listen, if you ever want to talk and just vent then let me know. I've been trying to find someone who could put some input and know what I mean when I talk about my relationship. So if you're interested, let me know!

I've been on birth control since October 2009, and I'm going on a little vacation with my boyfriend, and I'm supposed to get my period over it, I was wondering how harmful (if it is) would it be if I just skipped my placebo pills and went straight to my next pack? Would that affect my next period? I'm just wondering. And is it safe? I mean I know you're supposed to get your period for a reason so I don't know how that would make me feel when I did get my period the next time but yeah..
Thanks :) (link)
The placebo pills are "fake." They are made up of sugar and mostly are just given to you so that you get into the habit of taking a pill everyday, so that when you start your new pack.. you don't forget. But DO NOT start your new pack after waiting the 4 days to substitute the placebos. That can seriously screw up your menstrual cycle.

there is a boy that i want to get his attention but i dont no how. we danced together at our halloween dance and we were both really into it, he tried to kiss me but i didnt want to kiss hiim in the middle of a school dance b/c im just not like that. but the thing is i actually do want to hook up with him..just not there. so i messaged him on facebook last weekend and said hey and then he answered and said he had a fun time dancing with me .i said you should text me sometime and gave him my number. then he gave me his too even though i didnt ask for it but he never texted me and its been like a week. i usually am not the one to initiate things like i did in this situation, because i think its the boy's job but i was sick of waiting around so i was the first to say seomthing. another thing is hes a grade younger then me so he maybe nervous? what should i do to get him to talk to me (link)
All us girls want guys to make the first move, and back in the good old days.. that's what happened. But it's a new age and generation, and more and more girls are actually the one's to begin making the move. Don't feel nervous about it, it shows him you have confidence.

Second, don't push it or come on too strong. You want him to like you for you, and that might take sometime. Hang out, go see a movie. Get to know eachother a little better, but don't rush into things.

Girls mature more quickly then guys, so he could be nervous. But you have to be the one who's confident enough to ask HIM out.

Good luck!

is the film paranormal activity real? or based on a true event? or anything? please let me know, im curious. (link)
As real as it may seem, it's not.

The director based if off events, but the film is loosely based on them.

Some of the scenes are real experiences, but the story line is completely made up and never happened.
