The easiest way that I see to know his true feelings would to stop giving him head for awhile. If he stays with you even though he isn't "getting any" that would prove to me he cares about you as a person not just as some girl that he can put his penis into.

Trying not to cum and releasing sperm are two different things. The precum that is released and used for lubrication durring intercourse can not be stopped by " trying ".
This means even if the guy does stop himself from cunning its already too late because in theory his precum could contain enough sperm to cause you to get pregnant.

Alright on sunday my boyfriend fingered me, and this was the first time I've ever been fingered. It hurt a lot, and afterwards I bled a little. Now when I pee it burns and hurts a lot...

The first to I got fingered. I didn't bleed but I had some pain for a day or so. I actually didn't enjoy it at the time but I do now.
I'm no doctor but I'd keep an eye on your problem for a day or so but you still are having problems after that .... GO TO THE DOCTOR'S OFFINE....I'm guessing an infection could be a possibility so don't dilly-dally.

When I was 13 I was barely out of my training bra. But now a few years later i'm wearing a 34B.
Don't worry if your not developing as quickly as you thing you should be. They will grow in time.
Just remember to water them daily and let them get plenty of sun also.
