I'm a 19 year old female. I'm 5'3'' and weigh 135 pounds. Ever since I was 16 I've wanted to lose weight. I've been going to the gym at times 5-6 days a week for 3 months then I see no results AT ALL and stop going. I've been the same weight for 3-4 years. I've tried cutting back on calories but and it seems to be working well until night time. Then it is like I can't control myself and have to eat, if I see it I want it, if i know its in the cabinent I want it. I know I just need to tell myself no but has this happened to anyone else?!?! I restrick myself during the day but after dinner I lose it and undo my diet. I honestly need help...i was thinking of wearing a bracelet as a reminder to feel guilty or something when im bingeing

You should eat more during the day so your not hungry at night. Dont eat after 6 or 7 every day, and go to sleep at a reasonable time. This will cause you to burn calories while your awake. When you eat right before you go to sleep, it just turns into fat. Hope i helped.

Hey guys, I want to get my belly button peirced but I just need to know how much it costs and if it will hurt? I'm not very good with pain so I'm kind of scared. Also is it hard to take care of? I'm mainly worried about the pain so if you could tell me if it hurts that would be great. THANKS!

Mine only cost 20 dollars. You should call around in the phone book to tattoo and peircing shops. (Usually all tattoo places do peircings) As for how much it hurts... Its really not that bad. The first thing he does is disinfect it. Then he gets some clamps and puts a rubberband around them and pushes the needle through. The part that hurt the most was him putting the barbell in afterward. If you do get it done, make sure you put alcohol on it. Me and my friend got them done together, and they told us not to put alcohol on them, but I did and mine didnt get infected, when hers did. If you need anything else, feel free to ask me. Can you tell if a guy is a virgin?

Lol you can usually tell if hes a virgin and trys to have sex with you and really doesnt know what the hell hes doing. other than that, only if he tells you i guess.

Ok, both me and my boyfriend prefer..having it shaved "down there". The only thing whe I try to shave i still have littel studs that don't totally go away. I want it to be completley smooth there. Can I use nair down then? Or what can I use beside waxing it..thnx

I really wouldn't use nair, that may work for your legs, but not the vaginal area. I also prefer having it shaved. What works for me, is a razor with 4 blades, and NO shaving cream. Just use soap, and do short patches at a time, not long because you'll probably end up getting cut. Lol hope i helped =)

Okay, my b/f and I have been going out for almost 4 months now. Before we went out we were really good friends. I like him a lot and I know that he likes me a lot too. But I feel like I'm always looking and flirting with other guys. I'm kind of getting bored with our relationship I guess. What I'm asking is if I should stay in the relationship .. and if anyone has any suggestions for what I should do ? I don't want to hurt him or our friendship.

If your getting bored with the relationship, you should break it off. Just tell him before things get too serious you just want to be friends like you were before. He should understand. Good luck hope i helped.
