Q: nicky, i think i like this guy, but he has been going out with this girl for a verrryyy long time and is "deeply in love" with her even though she treats him badly. lots of people tell him he can do better, but he insists on staying with her. theres been lots of rumors going around saying shes gonna dump him and things like that. he knows she treats him badly, hes not blind or dumb, but he doesnt seem to do anything about it, and he gets sad a lot from the rumors and plainly just her. but he "loves" her and hes probably up to the point where he thinks shes "the one". i like him, but not half as much as he loves her. i feel he deserves better and it makes me upset to see him miserable. its almost like hes trapped.

i know how you feel, i have a friend like that. the best thing you could do is just be there for your friend when he needs you and when he eventually breaks up with his girlfriend, maybe mention to him that you like him. Things could get serious and next thing you know he could be your boyfriend and show him what he's been missing all this time. He needs a girlfriend that will treat him well it seems.

Q: I'm thirteen years old. I know all girls go through this, but I feel like I'm fat, but all my other friends say I'm not. I think they're just saying I'm not fat to make me feel better. I've been exercizing and dieting like crazy. The last time I went to the doctor, last month, she said I weighed 92 lbs! HELP!

Hey! Thanks for picking me to give you advice. First off, at thirteen years old you shouldnt be worried TOO much about your weight. I know appearance is a big thing to us teenagers, though. How tall are you? Weight depends on height. If your tall, you'll be expected to weigh a little more than average because you need skin, fluid, muscle, and things like that to fill up your tall self. So for all you know you could be slightly underweight. If not, then try to lay down on the eating so much, so you don't have to exercize like crazy. Just eat as much as you normally would, and lay off on the inbetween-meal snacks. Honestly, the best thing you could do, is stop worrying about it. You could also ask your doctor if there's any "mini diets" or if he could give you tips on eating and such. Hope I helped.

Hi guys my name is Nicky. I love helping others with their problems, and I'm not conceited so I'm not going to go around saying "Oh, I'm the best advice giver", but I will say I'm not bad. So, please, don't hesitate to leave me a question, story, or problem that's bugging you. That's what I'm here for. I'm a pretty understanding person, so, like I've been saying, just ask.
