I'm asian, with glasses [but i have contacts, & everybody says i look good with glasses], i am a tiny bit overweight. not huge, but just like a little baby fat. My hair is black, with sidebangs. My friends have been trying to find me a boyfriend but most of them say no, and i think it's because i'm unattractive to them.
So does anybody have any tips for me so i can like..makeover myself? Thanks! (link)

I agree with the other person, you need to be comfortable, being you.
But, when ever I want to look nicer, I always have my mom do my hair. I know it sounds nerdy, but my mom, knows what she's doing.
So, don't try to change your self, to meet the standards of some boys.
But, having make-overs with friends is always fun, just to experiment around. ^^

I'm also faceing the same problem as you.
Try your local Publix, they hire at that age, send in an application, every so often.
Try local(Or family) owned busisnesses.
Right now, I'm just sending applications like a crazy women. :)
Trying your local bowling alley, some times, they need a 'party attendent' to help plan little kids partys and watch over them.
I also make pretty good money, from babysitting.
Also, a little tip, if you do get an interview, make sure you look nice and professional, they don't want someone who is ready and willing to work. Etc.

i'm 14 years old and i want a job very badly. my parents have been low on money so it's hard for them to get me stuff and give me money for the movies, etc. so i'd like to have a job to pay for my own things and to start saving for a car and college and such.
i've tried all the mcdonalds around me and have gotten turned down because two weren't really hiring. so any ideas and any places that hire 14 year olds? i live in Ohio, and i'd like it to be an all year thing not just summer, thanks so much :] (link)

I know for a fact, that publix hires 14 year olds.(Although, its a very hard job to get) So, try applying there.
Also, I often babysit my little cousins.
I know this seems a little old fashion, but me and a friend have started a few car washing, and dog walking buisinesses. just an idea.

Check your local Publix. they have about 3 jobs that 14 year olds are able to do.

im only 13.. and im eating way to much my mom and all my sisters tell me to stop and to lose weight cause ill regret it and so does my dad and brother.. it really hurts you know cause i get hungry all the time.. and ijust dont know what to do.. i wanna lose wieght
im pretty big im tall and i have a belly
well not sooo big but i just wanna lose some weight im like around 50 something kilos.. anyway
what do i do when im hungry?
at home we have like cheese and alot of junk but we have aswell like cucumbers and stuff
anyways please help me im getting out of control. and i watch myself doing it but have no self control

when you eat dinner, use smaller plates, you eat less when you use smaller plates, it also isn't good to watch t.v. when you eat, it distrakes you.
Like the other person said veggies are a good way to go for snacks!
Also, maybe ask your mom to buy a little bit less junk food, and a little more healthy snacks? :)

15/f well i was going out with this guy (17/m) and he was perfect in every way and we really did love each other and we went out for about 5 months everything was perfect and then my cousin (14/f) started hanging around and crap with him and it got so crazy and we broke up and he went out with her but he told me today after 2 weeks of them going out that he made the biggest mistake of his life and he didnt no what he was thinking and he i can tell really is sorry. and if this was any other girl besides my cousin i would of course take him back but my cousin "thinks shes in love" with him but i dont think so because hes really mature and she just isnt like she said i love you to him like 5 minutes after they started going out and she has her mind on it that she is really in love with him, and i would feel bad because this would be her first heart brake but im extremely in love with this boy and she just got herself in the middle of our relationship... so i just want to know what other people would do if they were in my shoes? It doesn't seem like your cousin really took in your feelings, when she started going out with him.
And if he says its the biggeset mistake of his life, then it sounds like he would brake up with her anyways.
Think this all through. Carefully, so its as painless as possible.
Consider everyones feelsings, and the choice is all up to you, and your ex.

well ive had my period for over a year now and ive had boobs since the 6th grade and my nipples havent exactly like "popped out" like they only stick out when im cold. is something wrong with me? if not when will they "pop out"?
please help. im desprate.

If you feel scared, then maybe its a sign that your not ready? I don't think there is anything wrong with you, your just going through puberty...

Ok a girl someday needs to shave her legs or wax them and now is the appropreate time.
My sister knows it, I know it, her friends know it, and she wants to but she's scared of the pain.
I joked once about how we could take her to a medical place where they drug her asleep and then we wax/shave her legs and she says its a great idea but i said that she'll die from getting drugged every other week!
Also people cut themselves by accident (but it never happens to me) and she's scared of that too!
Can anyone think of something I can say to motavate her? (link)

But if she does decided to shave make sure that she uses shaving cream, or somthing so she doesn't get ravor burn.

i'm not really religious at all. my family doesn't go to church or anything and one day my parents found out i don't really believe in god. and they kinda like freaked and said we're going to start going to church and stuff [we never did]/ k so i have some questions about all this religion stuff.
-who wrote the bible?
-i mean really how is it possible that theres some great god up in the sky?
-who all thought of this? like there had to be someone who came up with this?
-who created these so called sins?
-if being gay is a "sin", why did this god create them?
-how do people know anything of what they looked like or did?

I'm not very religious either, but lots of my family members are...
-Lots of people consisted in writing the bible, its been re-written quite a few times though...
-I guess it all has to do with your faith, because I can't tell you a reason why God exists, or why God doesn't exist, simply because I don't know.
-Many people tell me that Jesus told John and Mark what to write, but it was all back when and I'm not to sure of the exact person who wrote the bible, and came up with all the ideas, or if Jesus really did tell John and Mark (And all the other people who were supposed to have written the bible)
-I don't believe being gay is a sin. Also I don't see any where in the bible where it says that being gay is a sin.
-Supposedly Jesus told them...but whatever....
Or at least thats what I've been told...
