i became being belimic a little bit ago because im starting to dislike my eating habits. dont worry im probably going to eat reguarly soon. i havent researched it that much but i was wondering how throwing up is bad for you? i mean, the food goes down in your stomach and takes nutrients out of the food but all it does is make the rest come up again. whats wrong with that? the excess food exit the body later anyway. just in a different way.

I f food you eat is constantly being thrown up, a lot of your energy is being used, because your body is only made to throw up when something is it that shouldnt be there,also, the nutrients that you do get isnt enough to keep you energized, it can make you very weak. And its really gross, because barfing makes you have really bad breath.

ok, i get tanned VERY easily. I literally just have to stand outside for about 10 minutes on a warm&sunny day and my skin becomes noticably darker. The thing is, I hate this. When I become tan, my skin looks oily and dirty, even though its not. Is there any way I can prevent myself from getting so tan? BESIDES staying indoors because im a very active person and that is almost impossible for me.

wear really stroongg sun tan lotion. and even though it is hot, try and wear long sleeves, maybe a white t-shirt just so your covered.

well there is always a chance the girl will become pregnant. pinch the end of the condom and for the size, thats your call. it depends on your size obviously so i dont think i can help you there. oh yeah, and the girl should be on birth control just incase

I've had my period for about half of a year, ( Since June ) It still quite irregular, which I know is normal. However, I never know when to bring tampons with me. Like, it'll just pop up, and it always seems to happen when I'm wearing light colored pants. I don't wanna have to carry tampons and pads with me everywhere I go, but I don't get any warning signs like cramps or PMS. How can I make sure I can save myself from having anymore leaks!?

that happens to me too. It will just pop up. I think wearing a tampon or pad wen you think you might get it is a good idea. That way, just in case, you wont have to worry about everyone noticing that you have your period

well since you really liked him before you kissed him...you shouldnt just give up on him..if you make out with him...you can probably make him a better kisser...or just be really good friends with him if he is that bad.

okay i like this guy. but whenever were together im really shy and so is he. we dont have much to talk about. but when were online talking its fun. i really really like him. he's the quiet and really nice type. but i kinda dont know what to say to him when im around him. my friend keeps tellin me to go up to him and slap his ass and say whats up but i am to shy to do it. how can i start talking to him more when we are together rather just online?

i used to be really shy around guys that i like too...but then i just learned to act normal and be there friend. i think you should just try to get to no him and learn about what he likes...if you have something to say about his favortie topics...then you wont have anything to be shy about. i dont think its a very good idea to slap his ass...he might find that a lil weird. and he is probably shy around you because he likes you too and is having the same problem you are..he just doesnt no wat to say or how to act around you and that scares him. but just try to be interested in some of the same things he is and talk about it...he'll think its cool you are trying to get to no him
